Not clean and charge too much!!
the service was very good and the finished product was very good. Everything was explained and the operator took extra effort to clean the carpet. For all the service, I think the price was right. I'll do it again next year.
I love how quickly my carpets dry and that old carpet looks new again. Tevin has cleaned my carpets a few times now and he is always courteous and professional and does a great job.
Carpets are clean, and there was no crunchy feeling left behind.
Noah was polite helpful and courteous and carpets look great. It is very hard to get people that are Nice and Hard workers theses days. He help me move the furniture out of the way which he did not have to do but I very much appreciate it.

Great service, great product. 15 year old carpet looks brand new. I was seriously thinking of new carpet. Thanks to Zerores, I think I can hold off for several more years.
I liked that the staff was very good at communicating with me. Everything they said was confirmed with a text and email. Their service technician was very prompt and professional. Our carpet is very fresh smelling and was completely dry in about 3 1/2 hours.
You did not tell me about the $15 water dump charge. It should be in writing on you offer. I was not told about it over the phone either or I would have refused. Also a large spot remains on my carpet that I guess he was unable to remove, so I will try other methods.
Very good service man. First time my floors have dried as quickly as they did when getting my carpets cleaned. Work with me and helping move couches and sofas that were on coasters. Explain the process to me fully. Very reasonable prices.

Convenient and fast. Service techs have been clean, courteous, and friendly. Pricing is fair too.
The price is way too high. $180 for a small 2 bedroom apartment is about it twice what it should be
