Brought back color into a 45+ year old carpet. Don’t know how they did it. Got all fringe light and bright again. Not my experience with carpet cleaners in the past. Delivery men are professional, kind and helpful.

Good communication from the person coming to my house. The difference between before the cleaning and after the cleaning was unbelievable. Wow! Carpets dried quickly. The process was complete in a very short time. Excellent service and product
The service was great and timely and thorough. The representative who cleaned was friendly and professional and perfect.. But, it is ultimately quite expensive, especially compared with other providers in the area, even for clean carpet cleaning. It’s easily twice the cost. That’s the only reason for an 8 instead of a 10.
Cleaned well, a little pricey at 408 for my dog areas and more thorough at 1000 was ridiculous but satisfied with cleaning. I have to go to another company for large area rug and runners, hate to do that so might have to stay with heaven’s best for everything since I do not like to have to do two appointments on rugs.

Friendly and on time technician who did a great job!
Technician was very conscientious and took precautions to protect corners and moldings. He carried hoses and didn't drag them across our hardwood floors. He was very knowledgeable about other services Zerorez could provide.
I feel like traffic pattern "stains" can be worked on better. The technician did a great job explaining that it's difficult to get those stains out. But I feel that more effort could be put into it besides a quick pre-treat and quick scrub.
The edges of the carpet is very dirty due to inadequate cleaning from previous owner. I pointed the areas out to the technician. He gave me an explanation that because it’s close to the wall that I’m getting fallout dirt from the duct work.
I had carpets cleaned on my last house with the same issues and they were able to get it out and they looked great.
I am over all really disappointed on how my carpets look and I can see exactly where he ran the cleaning hose. I won’t be recommending your company nor will I use you again.

Informative, courteous technician. Clearly communicated arrival time; actually arrived a bit earlier than scheduled. Carpets look good. All stains were removed except a small rust and a red food dye stain; each of these spots were significantly faded. Technician cleaned two fabric recliners, 4 rooms, a hallway and about 35 stairs
