Carpet looked great, the upholstery didn’t meet expectations. Not able to get some of the stains out as I expected. Tech did a great job and I know he tried, I guess I just thought it would pick up more than it did.

Did very thorough job in cleaning and I was happy with the results.. there were a couple of difficult spots of which there was still some residue, and he said take a towel with very hot water, step on it, rub the carpet, and sure enough it came out.

There you go. This was the first time using Zerorez, but they did a great job.

Th cleaning process was very effective and it didn't leave the carpet terribly wet. The carpet dried quicker than the technician said it would in fact --which made it safer for my elderly mother.

You confirmed my appointment with a time window of 12 to 3. Your tech called at 11 to say he was ready to do our carpet. We were at another appointment knowing we would be home well before your stated earliest start time of NOON. He called twice. Was obviously not happy he had to wait even though he was able to begin at 11:45. He was finished by 12:30. Not satisfied he worked at all spots and stains as well as he could have. Seemed to just want to get out of here.

Got a pet mess on your carpet? No problem! We've recommended Zerorez to our big family to tackle pet messes and more! Dustin is fantastic and is the best technician for the job. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I also love their satisfaction garentee. Our pet mess was bigger than what we thought and could see, but the smell was slightly there if you put your nose to the area. Dustin came back to fix it for us. Free of charge! Now I feel confident that our kitty will not go back to that area and I don't have fear of smelling ammonia.
