We recommend ZeroRez to our friends all the time. We think we should receive something off when we get our carpet cleaned. We have been doing this for a few years now but we don't get anything in return. I have complained about this numerous times and we are being told they are working on it. We are very happy with you with the exception of this. We should get so much off of our carpet cleaning but not free protectant since we don't us this. Thank you for your consideration.

Tyler was my technician. Very nice, prompt, professional. Actually I had some small stains in my carpet that I was very surprised came out! The carpet was left just damp, not wet. I liked how the carpet felt once it all dried. Not crunchy. I highly recommend Zerorez.

Overall the services was great. The service performer called ahead, was on time, and completed the service as described. The reservation was made for $119 however I was charged $139. I did add on a closet space for $15, but still a $20 difference. I did mention this right after my service and it sounds like I will be contacted today for refunding the difference.

Thomas the technician I think that was his name was awesome. Very pleased with the carpet and furniture cleaning. He did a great job explaining the process and answering all my questions. I will use Zerorez from now on and recommend to all my friends, family and neighbors.

Thomas was very efficient and everything cleaned up great. Used a huge fan to dry the sectional and stairs. Everything was almost dry by time he left. The house smelled amazing. There is nothing like having clean carpets when you have pets and 3 small children!
