Giving quotes in a more accurate way. The #'s that I got from the individual on the phone when making my appt did NOT match up with the technicians information. And he didn't consider the discount from the newspaper until I specifically asked about it. Confusion all around.
I was confused also with the "tipping" aspect. I've never even considered paying a service person who came to my house. Plumbers, AC people, etc. They all provide a service for a quoted amount. I didn't understand what was happening until the technician handed me his phone and it had something on there asking if I was tipping. I had already written my check and handed it to him, so he said to me, "just tap "no" on the tipping part because I don't want you to have to rewrite your check." How awkward was that? Was I supposed to jump up and hunt through my purse to find a wad of cash to hand to him at that point?
And why only ONE PERSON to do this huge project? I have felt guilty all day because the guy probably expected a big tip. Very uncomfortable for me. I didn't know if he expected it because he did such a careful job, or he isn't paid enough from the company and therefore DEPENDS on big tips (like restaurant workers,) etc.
I'd honestly rethink this policy and paying practices.
On the positive side, John Parry did a wonderful job. He was very thorough, careful, considerate, polite, and worked hard. He is a good representative for your company. I just don't know why you put him through all of that (working until almost 8 p.m. to finish!) It was a huge job. (And why you put ME through 6+ hours, waiting until 8 p.m. to get dinner because he saved doing the tile in the kitchen until last.)
I'd recommend the work of John Parry if my friends are interested, but I'm on the line with the quoting, tipping and time management issues.

Nice workers... and the product used is good for pet stains.
I was very pleased with the cleaning of my carpet and furniture. The technicians were very good and knowledgeable about there products. It was nice them having everything they needed to do there job.
It's been several months since I had you in my home to clean my carpets. I was told by the carpet cleaner that I would receive a receipt to my email in a couple days after service. I did not. I called a few weeks after that to request one and was again told I would receive one via email that day. I did not. I like to do business with companies that do what they say they will do!!!

The technician was super knowledgeable and explained things very well. I liked that the citrus smell went away rather quickly.
It was easy to make the appointment. The employee arrived on time and went over everything that needed to be cleaned and then worked until it was finished. He answered all of our questions. Our carpets look beautiful. I loved the corner guards that protected our walls from damage from the hose. I would highly recommend Zerorez.
Noah did a great job cleaning my sofa, he made a 5-year-old white sofa look new again. He was very thorough and professional. Will definitely use your services again.

I was very happy with the level of service that I was given. Everything was explained to me well, plus I wasn't on site and they handled that well.
I know that ZeroRez is a bit more out of pocket for me. But, I feel like both the quality of the result and professionalism of the techs make it worth it.
I always compare it to Southwest Airlines. They specialize in Vacation travel, they use some lost cost methods, but you'd never know it. They ALWAYS have enough people working, they have good technology and you rarely wait in line. Recently I remember walking by a huge line at a bargin basement airline counter to then walk right up to SWA and be done in 2 minutes. I'll pay 20 percent more any day of the week not to have to stand in line!
ZeroRez is the same way. I'm paying more, but I am getting more. You guys seem to hire a better breed of techs that speak well and explain things easily. That's worth the money to me.

I specifically chose your company because I did not want any strong scented shampoos in our carpet. There are people in our home who have allergies and asthma that get irritated by chemicals and scents.

Love that only water is used! The techs were professional and it took very little time! The price was also very reasonable!
It worked and felt clean and stayed clean.
The carpets feel very clean without residual soaps. However, the pet order in one area is not gone.
Technician was on time. Very polite and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Wore she covers the total time he was here and cleaned up as necessary. Carpet seem to be much cleaner.
Only criticism I have is the technician had equipment that wasn't working properly. He excused himself, said he needed to go back to the office and I believe he said replace it or fix it. He told me that he would be back in an hour, he was back in about 1 and 1/2 hours which made me late for something I had planned to do in the morning.
In my opinion equipment should probably be checked out before the technician arrives at the customers home to prevent unnecessary delays.
The technician was about 15 minutes early for the appointment, which I actually appreciated. Whiten was very professional and explained what the cleaning process would look like and what the cleaning products contained. He took his time to clean the carpets and included us in the process as much as he could. Our carpets look amazing and he was able to clean the problem areas that I was concerned about. Quinten was knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process. I would and have told my friends and family about how pleased we are with Zerorez and highly recommend their services.

Office not so much. I actually scheduled an 8:00-10:00 appt time online and realized the next day that we had a conflict. I called and spoke to office staff who stated, no problem and gave me times of 10:00-12:00. Great. I then get a confirmation text asking me to confirm from 8:00-10;00. Called and spoke to Melissa and she told me 10:00 was not available, but gladly gave me 12:00-2:00. Great again. I then get a voicemail from Kate stating that my 10:00 appt was no longer available because “too many techs were out with “that ugly bug” and offered me that 3:00-6:00 spot. I was so confused at this point, I didn’t know what time my appointment was.
I suggest you pay your techs more money and treat them better if any of them were as conscientious, courteous and hard working at my tech was, but I know they don’t make enough money.. That needs to change...
My carpet must have been fairly clean. I do not notice that much of a difference.

Easy to schedule, detailed services provided, friendly staff - Thomas Bunnell. Done efficiently and quickly, yet thoroughly. He was here a little more than one hour for a lrarge family room and a staircase. I am a repeat customer!
