Clean all the way against the wall.
Everything is Very clean and not soaking wet--the technician was on time, professional and helpful. The off white carpet no longer has a coffee stain clearly visible in the hallway. The furniture looks like new after cleaning. You cannot ask for more than that. Therefore, I will have you clean the tile flooring next time as well.
Your technicians are very knowledgable, friendly, on-time and best of all are able to get all the stains out of my carpets! Well done!
The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. The drawback is my carpet did not have the professional lines I have come to expect from carpet cleaning. He went back over the carpet with a rake, but I have had nicer finishing touches.

My technician, Tom, was pleasant to deal with; seemed honest and truly involved in his work. He engaged me in the service by asking questions about concerns that I had; pets in our home; etc.

Everything was extremely accessible in terms of communication and information. My technician, Noah, had an outstanding attitude and was very informative on the work he completed along with being very quick in completing the clean. He also helped me save money on this clean by strategically thinking through my situation while maintaining the overall cleanliness of my carpet as the main priority.

I am going to have to get your company back out here. We still see a couple of spots that weren't removed on the first attempt. I was a little taken aback that the cleaning was supposed to $113.00 and it cost another $50.00 for the pet treatment. I only have a small family room and 1 small bedroom that only needed the travel area cleaned no furniture had to be moved in the bedroom. I'm not even sure we have 750 sq ft of carpet to clean. Anyway I would like someone to come out and try to get up the spots.
I like that you don't use harsh chemicals and that there is no residue. It was easy to make the appointment and the communication before the appointment was helpful.
Really nice job on the carpet. Noah listened to what I needed done, suggested some options, worked hard and completed the job quickly. Great job and definitely will use again. I made the mistake of going conventional on my last carpet cleaning resulting in carpets that smelled and got dirty quickly. The carpets smelled great, dried quick and looked great after Zerorez.
