Our window was 11-2. The technician did not show up until after 5:00 pm. This is completely unacceptable. I called the office, and they said they were having truck problems. The technician was very nice, explained things very well. I gave him a 10 out of 10. We had no issues with him at all.

I would recommend Zerorez to anyone who wants to keep their carpets looking new and refreshed. I have used them for carpet cleaning for several years and they always do a great job. They ask where trouble spots might be and when they are finished, which they are fast and efficient, and ask if I am satisfied with the finished product. I am never disappointed.

Good results, professional and efficient.
We have used your service a few times now and had really liked it in the past. This time we felt like areas near doorways and areas with transitions to rooms with other flooring finishes were overlooked and not thoroughly cleaned like they have been in the past. Overall, the quality just wasn't as it had been in the past.

Tevin was very courteous an explained everything thoroughly. Great care was taken as he moved from process to process and room to room. I love how the carpet looked after the cleaning. The citrus smell is a bit strong, so we left the house for awhile. It had subsided when we returned. Carpet was fully dry by evening.
