The carpet usually looks great after you come clean it and really POPS but it isn’t this time and we can still see where just general traffic areas just didn’t seem to come clean.

Didnt have good experience w 1st cleaning. 2nd cleaning (re-do) was much more pleasant and successful.
With 1st: Prior to cleaning only a few areas were a little soiled looking, but I couldn’t see any difference after carpet cleaning, carpet looked same as before. Plus I had alerted tech to please be careful not to ding, scratch wood or walls. He started bringing the equipment in the house and the hoses were twisted every which way hitting against the door, walls. I made mention and also asked if he had protective guards. He put those up after he untangled the hoses and dragged down the hall. When I happened to watch, he seemed to be tangled up in the hoses and when he removed the protector guard from the corner of the stair banister the banister was chipped w splintered pieces lying on the floor. He said sometimes the guard moves around and does that. There were several other little dings in doors and framing.
Due to my poor rating on the survey, I received an email of concern from the customer service manager. I sent pictures as was requested and sent a follow up email after not hearing back. Nine days after that follow up email, I called Zerorez asking for the manager or owner. (Prior to calling I went to where I bought the carpet, who upon buying the carpet recommended Zerorez. I talked and showed the pictures to the owner and staff. They thought Zerorez should do a re-do by an experienced tech). When I talked w the Zerorez customer service manager, they apologized for not getting back to me and before I could say I wanted a re-do, they offered.
The 2nd cleaning was a much better experience. Patrick was exceptional. Careful, no tangled hoses etc and you could tell he was putting effort into the job. When he sprayed the pre-treat solution and had only done the bedrooms coming down the hall, I could smell it, not strong unpleasant but distinct odor. The 1st tech sprayed that same area and downstairs and I never smelled anything. After 2nd cleaning I not only could see difference in the areas of concern but could even tell difference in feel when walking on the carpet, more plush. With 1st cleaning not only could I not see any difference, I couldn’t feel any.
If I had the 2nd experience first, rating would be higher.

I added the carpet fiber protection and I wish he would have explained that it makes it hard to vacuum the carpet. My sweeper does not move across the carpet. Also, my estimate was $128 and my bill ended up $177. I still have not received a receipt stating the charges. The guy said the company would email me a receipt.
