Thoroughness, friendly, knowledgeable
Carpets were not well cleaned at all. Multiple spots appeared when carpet dried. We would like either a redo or a refund.

I'm still so amazed at the great job Zerorez does cleainng carpets! I had used Stanley Steemer for years & was OK with them til about a year ago & when they left the last time I had them clean our carpet, you couldn't even tell they had cleaned it. We were entertaining a few days later so I didn't call them, as I should have & was embarrassed at how our carpet looked for our party. A few months later, my sister mentioned they had had Zerorez clean theirs when she unknowingly tracked in something that was greasy & oily clear thru their house. I called them & can't be any happier! They are AMAZING! I recommend Zerorez to everyone now! Thanks, Zerorez!
The were very accommodating, as we had to reschedule several times. They were prompt, efficient, showed us what they were doing as well as what came out of the carpeting, and answered all of our questions. We’ll definitely use them again when we need the. At Peru g cleaned in our business.

Didn’t get all the spots out.
Told us most home in Countryside have builder basic carpet, our basement was finished by us and has high grade and top level pad.
I had to leave my husband didn’t know what to do with the tip line so he added. In all my years there’s never been a tip line.
Was hoping for more per the commercials.
Communication was terrible and not until the day before.
The representative was very pleasant and explained things to me very thoroughly. However, I feel like he did not pay attention to a couple of trouble spots during the cleaning, and I had to ask him to go over them again. He did "hit them again" without hesitation, so I was satisfied.
I am very pleased with the feel of the carpet - it is not stiff - and it bounces back very quickly when a piece of furniture is moved. I will use your service again.

Not sure if it's as clean as it can be. Also had love seat cleaned. Did not watch tech
What area did he clean? Did he clean pillows. He did not show me what he had done. Looks like some areas of carpet could be cleaner.
Now that everything is dry I have these concerns. For price I paid to clean lovesest, I am concerned.
Tevin was great. Accumulated for all of our requests!! Explained everything so that we understand what was happening with the carpet and solution etc etc. his customer service is great. Really great!! He took his time and didn’t seem to be in a rush to finish the job and move onto the next.
The upholstery and carpet cleaning was great. The service person was efficient and personable. We had 3 area rugs that had to be sent out to the “rug spa.” They look great also. Our only complaint was they were not delivered back to us on the date we expected and we had to call to find out when we could get them. This caused us some problems because our Christmas guests were arriving before we got the rugs back.
John was very thorough and he knows what he is doing!!!! He rectified a prob we had with the prior tech was out! John should train all techs!!!!

Unfortunately we are dissatisfied with the cleaning of our area rug. The edges seem to look worse than before the cleaning. The rug was still wet 14 hrs after cleaning - we did not walk on the rug at all during those drying hours. Also, there are a couple places where the rug doesn't lay flat and is rippled a bit. The rug is one year old and this is the first cleaning. The household consists of 3 adults and no pets so I feel that it really is not heavily trafficked. If the technician thought the rug would not clean well we would have been glad to not have it cleaned . I truly wish I had taken before and after pictures. Is the rug still useable? Yes, but . . . I will probably replace the rug.
Tech could not get several stains out of the carpet Some stair steps are not clean (some are worse then before being cleaned).
