There were so spots that were left which should have been easily cleaned. The cost was extremely high. Carpet was crunchy afterwards, which your advertisement says it would not be.

Our tech John Parry did an amazing job. We have used Zerorez for at least 3 years and satisfied with their company but this time was the best. The efforts put forth by John to clean our carpets and upholstery was above and beyond. Very Satisfied!

Everything! Person cleaning called to let me know when he would arrive, he explained everything he was going to do. Showed me how important is was to clean your carpets every 3 to 6 months. Who knew you could have that much accumulation of hair and crud in your carpets. The smell in my house after was amazing and still is 3 days later. He showed me new products that we will be using in our new home.
Tyler Jenkins was awesome! He and his associate (Christian, I believe) we’re prompt, courteous and thorough. Tyler was one of the friendliest technicians we’ve ever had out to our home for any type of service! The carpets looked and smelled great, and we have complete peace of mind after the visit!
