I have to say I am very impressed. Our carpets looked like they were past the point of no return with deep set stains from 2 cats, 2 dogs and 2 kids! My Mom told me to give ZeroRez a try before replacing the carpets and I’m so glad I did! My carpets look fresh and clean again!

One of the workers broke a computer cleaning the carpet and the carpet stains still stayed even after the cleaning. Our carpet just looked as if someone vacuumed it.

Carpet barely looks cleaner at all. I cleaned my living room myself 3 years ago with a cheap rental machine from Home Depot and it was a huge noticeable difference (very light-colored carpet). I cannot even tell it was cleaned this week. Tech was saying there was a bunch of soap residue in water he used upstairs, never been cleaned upstairs so sounded like a boiler plate excuse. Make things right...reclean my living room, stairs and hallway or refund half the charges.
