Your technicians are just great! They are knowledgeable and courteous and do such a good job. Dustin has been to my home for carpet cleaning the past two appointments and does a wonderful job ---- the best I have ever had. Zerorez is very fortunate to have him as an employee. He is very careful not to scuff the corners of my walls, takes care of any troublesome stains in my carpet and they are never soaking wet when he leaves unlike when I used your competitor whose initials are "SS". I've used your company for quite a few years and plan to use them many more. My only regret is I now have to send my large wool rug out, as opposed to having it cleaned in-house. I understand Zerorez is working on that and even though it will be sent out, it won't be two or three weeks. Keep up the good work!

The carpets are clean but not soaked with water and crunchy once dry. We live in a fairly remote area and they will still come to clean our carpets. The technician is always friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their carpet cleaned.

The gentlemen called when they were on their way, giving me their ETA. They were respectful of my property and did a great job cleaning the carpets in the three rooms. They asked my opinion on the cleaning for each room as they finished it, before they applied the protectant. I was very satisfied with their work.
