The tech dumped out his wash water in my newly cleaned kitchen sink ....... that wouldn’t have bothered me if the person had cleaned out the sink after he was finished. But no they left it for me to do. Left behind awful rusty residue on my stainless sink that was just cleaned by professional house cleaners snd I know it wasn’t like that when your tech got there. Was inconsiderate.

There were a couple of areas where I was disappointed you couldn’t get out stains.

Carpet looks good but they killed our grass and left a huge stain in the front of our house!! It’s rain multiple times and the stain in the street is still there! I have pics to prove it. Will not use again!

Thomas was very professional and did a great job. I realized the paths would be hard to get up but he did a great job and explained every thing very well. I would recommend Zerorez for sure. Our tech was one of the most polite and professional individuals I have worked with. They were very informative and made sure to go over everything with us.

I heard about Zero Rez on the day and it sounded like what I wanted in carpet cleaning. The technician was quick, polite, courteous and thorough. My carpet is clean . It took about an hour start to finish.
