Jordan arrived promptly and explained the cleaning process. He informed me of a couple of spots I was unaware of. He treated a couple of spots I pointed out plus the two he discovered. He worked efficiently to finish the job. He was polite and professional. I’m pleased with the end results as my carpets look clean and refreshed.

The carpets look great! I would use Zerorez again in the future. My only complaint was that they don’t move or lift up the furniture. With other carpet cleaning companies, they have put my furniture on stilts for us so they can get underneath the furniture, which is very much appreciated.

Our serviceman [I forget his name] was very cordial and did a very good job for us,we were very pleased with the results.
Loved the service, efforts in spots and results last time. Very disappointed this time. I’m able to go around and remove spots that you didn’t get out. I feel I paid far to much for the results I got. Last time there was communication and effort. The spots that were pointed out are still there but I’m able to remove them? Not ok with this service and cost for such poor results.
