I thought the price was very high for simply hardwood floors. The job was done fairly nicely. Won’t do it again due to the cost. $462 compared to a $132 estimate was very deceiving.
Carpet is well cleaned for a fair price. The technician really cared about his quality of work.
The dry time was much less than steam clean. carpet is soft and looks good. the young man was polite, wore a mask and booties. he finished 2 large room about 25x18 and a small room 10x12 and a recliner in just over an hour.

The two technicians who came to my house were very professional and friendly. But most of all, they did an outstanding job cleaning my floors. This was a 6100 sf vacation rental house that our last renters had a party in and there were many vomit stains on carpets. I was horrified and your team did a FANTASTIC job cleaning all of our carpets and floors. I feel like I got my house back again!
I will definitely use Zerorez going forward to clean not only my floors but also my upholstered furniture, shower stalls, mattresses, etc.

carpets still smelled due to mildew smell and pet stains still visible. i was told about add-on services that could help but i was hoping the standard service would have been better than what it was.
We had the inside of our daughters car cleaned this time, upholstery, floors and mats, doors, etc. There were water spots from a car wash/windows down incident and they all came out perfectly, some ink spots and just general dirt. It looks brand new! The technician was so professional and answered all of our questions. He let us know what to expect and then way above and beyond that. Customer service is important and his was top notch!
After using the same company for 10+ yrs, decided to try your company after hearing & receiving various advertisement info. First experience was not good. No real overview at all initially, and not sure what happened within process, but carpets looked horrible (with dirty streaks all over all 3 rooms of carpets), was assured it was just water & once dry, it will be gone). AFter 24 hrs...carpets looked worse than ever before, so we called back to ask that another rep (more experienced rep) come out to re-clean & correct. Customer Service stated no openings for 8 days later (due to no openings). Why we would be pushed back to the end of line again was just another example of "poor management or training". My husband then called right back to demand we have been inconvenienced already & not willing to wait another week while 3 rooms of furniture out of place to wait once again for your co to fix error. On a Positive Note: Your company did rearrange for a rep to come the following day, Matt was his name and very professional & much more engaging (and explained the process). He did an excellent job of cleaning & "correcting the issue" from our first rep/cleaning experience.
The areas I pointed out to the technician were addressed and the stains were removed. The carpet was dry in a couple of hours. The technician was professional and polite.
