Carpets looked great when he left, but some of the stains showed back up the next morning. Hopefully the fall cleanup will get them.

The work that was done on our carpets was excellent. Chase made sure that the stained areas were taken care of. He also took time to make sure that everything was done well. It looks great and the odors that we were experiencing are gone. The product he used on the stains seems to have done what no other cleaners we have used or that any other companies have tried to use have been able to do. I also like that fact that we didn't have the usual soap residue that makes everything slippery.

Quick, looks amazing . Dries fast and our stairway has never looked this good after a cleaning. Service provider was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The young man that did the work came in and started work. We walked a trip to look at my home and all seemed ready to start cleaning. When he was done we talked about the work and he was paid any I thanked him...... I asked about a receipt he advised the receipt would be sent to me.

Justin did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpet—very thorough, professional and friendly .
There was a lot of clean up after my cleaning. Streaked floors which were still very wet, and boot footprints on the newly cleaned floors as well as my other flooring. He wasn't wearing shoe coverings in the end. Not sure if this is normal as I never had my floors cleaned before and you were highly recommended. I even had to clean my bathroom wall since it was dirty from the hose that was used. If this is how it's always done, I will do it myself since I had so much to do after. Also, I had asked if my white tile grout would be white and he said it would after it dried. I don't see much of a difference before and after on the white grout.

One thing, I forgot to ask for a bottle of the Zerorez Spot Remover - that also attends to any spills or spots on the rug. I had my card club on Tuesday and raved about my rug and all agreed it looked GREAT - One of my friends lives in Martinsville and was told that you do not go there. Anyway, thanks again for a GREAT JOB - My Rug looks FABULOUS......
