Everything is so organized from the very start until the payment is processed. I like knowing what i need to do to ahead of time to prepare. Everything was clear. Well the service tech was great and everything looked good after he was done but we have large patterns still showing in our carpet. While he did a great job getting stains up are carpet looks dirtier than before so to the uneven clean and unclean patterns left in the carpet.
Carpet still has a “pinkish” tint to it in some areas from pet solution spray.
We had our sectional sofa cleaned, he did a great job! We will be calling to schedule getting our carpets cleaned.
Always on time and they leave my carpet smelling fresh and clean. I also like the carpet is soft after a cleaning and not "crunchy" like with some other cleaners.
