One of the workers broke a computer cleaning the carpet and the carpet stains still stayed even after the cleaning. Our carpet just looked as if someone vacuumed it.

Carpet barely looks cleaner at all. I cleaned my living room myself 3 years ago with a cheap rental machine from Home Depot and it was a huge noticeable difference (very light-colored carpet). I cannot even tell it was cleaned this week. Tech was saying there was a bunch of soap residue in water he used upstairs, never been cleaned upstairs so sounded like a boiler plate excuse. Make things right...reclean my living room, stairs and hallway or refund half the charges.

Everything is very organized and efficient. Communication the entire time was great and they easily accommodated my schedule change. My carpets look and feel great!
