The carpet looks like new again. The service person done a great job.
Quality of service. I already recommended the service to my sister who also admired the end result. She received a $10 gift card for the next service.
The Man that cleaned was very professional and thorough
Great, educated service
Carpets looked refreshed and the smell is great.
Professional technicians and chemical free!
The work performed was actually excellent and the workmen were professional, polite, and efficient. However, within a day of the work being completed, I started being inundated with spam and phishing calls on my cell phone that continue to this day. Zerorez is the only company I have given my cell phone # to in the last few months, so it clear to me that you must have sold my number to marketing companies. I don't plan to do business again with your company for this reason.

Carpet still looks dirty in areas
I like that it is an all natural process. Your employees are all very courteous and professional.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Affordable and love that no harsh chemicals are used.
Last week, two men came to clean our carpet. (Last year one man came and cleaning seemed to take longer.) These men were able to clean our carpet quicker as well as our love seat. They did an excellent job. Also I like the fact that the hugh-sized fans helped tremendously to dry the love seat and the carpet in a minimal time span.
Super friendly and diligent cleaning!
