I'm so glad he took two hours to clean carpet. My (off white) carpet is so clean, it looks brand new. There were so many bad spots that I was thought were there permanently. They're gone!!! This is the best carpet cleaning I have ever gotten!!! And I thank you.

Was hoping spots would go away but actually they look worse — the water took the spotting agents out of them and now they appear darker

Very professional! Explained everything very well. Even offered to do a very small room for free. Would definitely recommend!
For starters,the technicians were great. Unfortunately, half of our grout was pulled up during a grout cleaning. Someone else was sent and after trying to clean one tile he simply said “yeah there’s not much we can do”...I spent about $200 to have the tile cleaned and now will have to spend who knows how much to have my grout fixed (it is 2 different colors now...looks terrible). I am very unhappy that the tech did not stop as soon as he saw the darker grout coming up and that more was not done or offered to make this right.
Need to make sure all residue is removed- we had 4-5 crunchy spots, and some large areas that felt like tacky to the touch. We had the technician come out at the end of the day to redo the whole carpet (suck it all out again), and it was much better! We do have very high end thick plush carpet, so that might be the reason, but still concerning it wasn't gone over 2-3 times to remove it all the first time.

John was very informative and helpful about how zerorez works. He was very polite and efficient. I've heard so much on the radio, and when it came time to have my carpets cleaned I'm so glad I went with Zerorez. Now I have clean carpet and peace of mind for my daughter who is starting to crawl around the house!
Great service!
1. The technician said the floor could not be walked on for 24 hours after the finishing application. So I declined the additional service since we were not prepared for that restriction.
2. After returning from his truck, he said he read the instructions & it said only one hour of not walking in it & then to use socks for 24 hours & keep the dog off of it. Because of the uncertainty & because we cannot keep the dog off - I declined again.
3. After bringing in a floor cleaner older than my own cleaner, he asked if he could use water from my kitchen sink. So much for your special water.
4, he was finished in less than 15 minutes & the floor had wet spots but the dirt remained. $209 - a COMPLETE & TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!! Remove me from ALL communications & you can be very certain that I will tell everyone never to use Zerorez. Simply, a complete disappointment & angry at the cost.
They came back and cleaned my carpets again because I was not happy with my initial service.

It’s our first time using Zerorez. The technician did an amazing job. The carpets look brand new. We are a no shoe in the house family but we have a pet. I am looking forward to the carpets staying cleaner longer with the Zerorez product.
