There are water spots and splotches of discoloration all over my sofa that weren’t there before.
Tyler was very professional when he arrived. I felt a level of respect from your company when Tyler showed up to our house with a mask on. Thank you for that. The cleaning and dry time is definitely quicker than Stanley Steamer and Sani Bright. I will definitely use ZEROREZ again.

Carpet is basically dry when done

The carpet still wet in multiple rooms after 24 hours. I feel Zerorez offers the same quality carpet cleaning you get from any other company at a way more expensive price. At 409 dollars, I expected dry carpet in just a few hours. The high traffic area to be more fluffed. Overall disappointed ,mostly due to price for normal carpet cleaning that I could get with a Stanley Steamer
