I love the fact that your company doesn’t use soap! That’s a major plus for me. I recently had a major company come out and after a month it was like my carpet was never cleaned. When Zerorez came, he explained that it was so much soap left in the carpet and that was one of the main reasons the carpet was back dirty after a month. Besides that, he took the time to explain why certain areas attracted more dirt then others which is something I didn’t know before hand. My carpet looks amazing still and My drying time is under 6 hrs. I also purchased a bottle of spot remover and it works great! Will definitely call Zerorez for all future cleanings.

Nice young technician, kept appt time. Listened to our concerns and addressed our problem areas. Very hard worker. Did a great job, carpets look great. Used fans and the areas dried quickly, no leftover chemical odors! This is the second time we have used zerorex and will continue to do so in the future.

The carpet appeared clean when it was completed. As it dried, you can clearly see where the cleaning overlapped and the carpet is clean in those areas, and dirty in between. It will require another cleaning to look decent!

We always use your company to clean our rugs in our home. They are so clean and soft, we love the feel when walking barefoot. Your professional Matt is excellent. He is very careful of our furniture, neat, and works very hard. He is friendly, smart, and always does a wonderful job. We like that we can count on Zeroez to safely come to our home and do a well done job.

The carpet cleaning was definitely what I had hoped for. Would have Zerorez for that again.
Not sure I would do the tile again. Didn’t care for the water spots left behind, even though the technician tried wiping them up.

The technician was very professional, took the time to explain what he would be doing. He didn't rush through the process and tried his best to get the carpet cleaned. There were some areas that just didn't come up like I'd hope, but it was high traffic. I LOVED the orange scent of the cleaning process I would love to have that filtering through my house everyday. LOL!!! I would recommend Zerorez, they did a good job.

We had a deep clean on a pet spot and it is taking a very long time to dry and still has a pet urine odor.
