We used this service to clean our carpets which had not been cleaned for awhile. They did an awesome job. They also cleaned 2 area rugs. The guy did not check to see if it was synthetic or wool and just assumed it was synthetic which it wasn’t. There were terrible yellow spots which didn’t dry properly. They came back and took the area rug back to the factory to have it properly cleaned. I was so worried about it but it came back perfect. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely hire them again. I give them props.

My carpet was wet for aver 24 hours. Much longer than Boldens cleaning. . Several spots were missed or did not get clean. Also the tech used my bathroom without asking. In this virus climate I only allow family use the rest room let alone on an extended visit

The carpet cleaning is wonderful! Our carpets look CLEAN when Zerorez finishes the job, then they stay clean for a long time because there is no soap residue. Also, their spot cleaner is the best I have ever used. The spot disappears easily when following the directions.

My carpets look the same before they were cleaned!! I would like a refund. The cleaning person agreed with me as far as the result they didn’t look any cleaner than he started. The high traffic areas he said he could not do any better for me. So having you come back for a second try Is not going to resolve the problem!

Original quote was $135 and I paid $596. This included incredibly high prices to clean two rugs which I got roped in to since I was in a meeting and could not discuss the quote. Both rugs cost way more to clean than they were worth. Then I said I would move the furniture off the rugs and the guy said “no problem I’ll do it” and charged me $50 for that (two small chairs, small sofa, took 2 min).
Now my rugs are with you guys for apparently “several weeks.” Very displeased and will be updating Next Door.

The young man sent to my job was very nice but I think more training was needed...he did the best he could but additional training was definitely needed...If I am paying to have my floors cleaned, I expect more detailed attention i.e corners and other equipment when your machine was too large to reach some areas...Again, I do not fault the young man. Just your method & training.

Have already registered a survey but like I said am always very pleased with the job they do.

Moving light and small furnitures will improve the experience significantly instead of the customers having to do so.

I was very impressed with Justin who cleaned the carpet & the chairs. He explained the process as he worked. And, also, he’s a good salesman, since I added a couple extra services. He was very polite & nice.

Carpets came clean despite it being cheap carpet.

The man forgot to clean my walk-in closet but I was charged for this anyhow. I left a voicemail msg about this but have not heard back.

Carpet looks very nice...it did, however take a very long time to dry. Was not completely dry until the following morning.

this was our 1st time using zerorez and i'd definitely use them again. thomas bunnell was very courteous and conscientious. he explained as he went along what he was doing. it was a nice experience with zerorez.
