I have used Zerorez multiple times and they always do a wonderful job

Tech was great.......however there was a problem with the charges. I specifically asked when I booked the cleaning if the "water disposal fee needs to be added to the price she quoted" I was told "that's already included. I knew of this hidden charge because I am a repete customer. The tech added it on anyway. It was removed after a long conversation & showing him where I even wrote it down at the time of booking. I, as most people, DO NOT LIKE BEING LYED TO!!!!! It was NOT the $15 dollar amount..........It was the deception that I was told one thing & then the final amount due was more due to this fee. So again, the tech was great..........your company policy...........not so much.

The fact that the people cleaning my carpets are actually knowledgable and kind and seem to care about their customers. The amazing smell of orange that fills my house is amazing.. everytime they leave my carpets look like new again and it makes my entire day and week! I always recommend Zerorez to all my friends.

Jordan arrived promptly and explained the cleaning process. He informed me of a couple of spots I was unaware of. He treated a couple of spots I pointed out plus the two he discovered. He worked efficiently to finish the job. He was polite and professional. I’m pleased with the end results as my carpets look clean and refreshed.
