Tevin was AWESOME! He was super nice, professional and did great work. He explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend Zerorez. Thanks!
My 18 year old carpet looks brand new again! Thomas was polite, quick and efficient. Carpet dried quickly too. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Great job, efficient, fast, effective, polite!
My carpet is really clean!
I can’t believe how great the carpet looks. There were stains that had been in there for years that he got out. There are rooms I was planning to replace because I thought they looked terrible but he got them looking almost new!
Technician scratched the tile in our bathroom.
Very impressed with the pre-cleaning method pulling up dog hair.
Professional and awesome

Tevin was the gentleman that came in to do the cleaning. He was very polite and respectful. He explained everything he was doing. He was very knowledgeable about your system and products. Very pleasant young man. I will defiantly use and refer your company and Tevin to everyone I know. Thank you for making my experience a great one.
Was very pleased with Dave our technician, and the final product !
My bedroom carpet and the office carpet still look stained. I am now replacing them with hardwood.
Technician is always professional, well-educated on carpet cleaning and does a good job. I like how the process you use doesn't leave a residue of any kind and it dries quickly too.
I like that a bunch of chemicals aren't left on my carpet and the fresh clean smell after they've been cleaned by Zerorez.
Better then anyone in carpet cleaning, arrive on time, they call ahead on your appointment so you know they are coming. I have to tell you this , they don’t move any small tables or side tables to clean carpet underneath so you move that out of the way .
Clean my carpets and no odor, Andy was very knowledgeable and polite
My carpets look great! The tech was very pleasant and friendly, and explained exactly how the product works. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the job as he worked through the house. He pointed out any places that may not completely be able to be treated because of the nature of the stain. Very satisfied!
The reps are professional, courteous and work was completed as ordered. Arrival was within the scheduled window.
No chemicals
Thorough explanation of offerings, no hard sell. I've had carpets cleaned by MANY different companies and NO ONE gets the carpets as clean as Zerores. Their cleaning process is a multi step process. Takes a bit longer, but is so worth it!
I will only use Zerores!
Carpet is soft and no residue or smell
service was very good.removed all the spots makes my carpet look really good.
Could have placed stryrofoam blocks under dining room chairs. I moved chairs into kitchen but contractor did not leave the blocks for me to place under the chairs when I moved them back. My kitchen is is too small for 6 dining room chairs and had to constantly move them around to get things done in the kitchen for the rest of the day, until carpets were dry enough. I am very satisfied with the results overall.
Zerorez was very professional and courteous. Great with scheduling and re-scheduling. Our carpets and tile are very clean! Thanks
