The technician asked if the former owner had pets because he smelled something. He used a light to then check to see if the cats had urinated on the carpet and found spots everywhere along the baseboards in every room. Even though there were no visible spots on the carpet, he found them and treated them accordingly. I was so grateful.

Good job by the technician, and we are extremely happy with the way our carpets look when he's finished.
Very polite service provider. The final results were are as well as can be expected considering the condition of the carpet. I have used there services in our previous house before we handed over the keys at closing. Now that we have purchased another house we had all the carpets cleaned before we moved in. They do a fantastic job, just don't expect miracles when the carpet is not a good quality and is worn in places. I appreciated all the knowledge he shared with me also.

The cleaning was fine. I moved most the the small objects and a few chairs. What was left should have moved, the chair out and night stands. That is a simple task. The is is light weight furniture.
Two days after the cleaning I talked to Kate from the office. The service vehicle used, dripped oil spots on my freshly power washed driveway. She said someone would call me back. Know one has.
Technician called 20 minutes prior to arrival, showed up on time, and explained everything in detail. He was very professional and polite. He wore a mask and gloves without being asked which I appreciated. Carpet looks great. Stains came right out.

I really like the way my carpeting feels when ZeroRez is done working. It felt clean but not wet and I didn’t have to wait to put anything back. I’ve used ZeroRez twice now and appreciate that John was on time calling me to let me know he was nearby and here soon. I asked him to help me move one small table and he was very accommodating. His work was excellent.
Took a rug to the office to drop it off for major cleaning, Looking forward to its return next week.

I was so impressed with how clean my carpets were after Zerorez! JustIn was thorough in explaining everything and worked diligently, paying close attention to my trouble spots. I have a teenager & food doesn’t always land in his mouth - often times on the carpet...spilling drinks, soup, sandwiches, everything! I also have a 10 yr old dog that got into our locked trash can and smeared food all over the carpet. There was also a really bad area that has really high traffic & it was discolored from last winter. Zerorez was able to get the carpet completely cleaned!! It’s also safe for my pets!! I will never use another cleaning company & will probably have them back shortly to clean my couches (from the aforementioned challenges of having a teen boy)!
