Very friendly, professional staff. Carpets looked brand new and were so clean ! We liked being shown how the process works. For sure will recommend !
My technicians were helpful and friendly and most importantly did an amazing job on some tough carpets that had been trampled by 7 kids!
It's on been 24 hours, so this is only an extremely short-term, post service review. The carpets look better, and of course, smell better. We take really good care of our carpets (no shoes allowed inside our home, use a high quality vacuum on a very frequent basis and change our air filter every 30 days) but still had a few dark spots from our office chairs and spilled laundry soap. I thought with the spot treatment and general cleaning, those spots would disappear. That was not the case.
The hose Justin pulled from the first to the second floor caused damage to two corners of our drywall. I am not pleased that we will have to pay to get that repaired. Unfortunately, I did not notice until after Justin left.
Overall the service was better than average and way better than the competition I have used in the past. Not happy with the drywall damage done by the hose.

Our carpets look and smell new. We had some bad pet stains and they got removed like nothing ever happened.
The staff is accommodating and respectful of our home, and the carpets look great.
No chemicals just a clean healthy home
My carpet is very clean. Last year they did not use the cleaner with the brushes on it on my carpet. I guess they should have. Although I am thinking the brushes might be a little to rough on my carpet as it is plush carpet. I am waiting to have it vacuumed next time when my house cleaner comes back. I had her to come and vacuum the day after my carpet was cleaned. I am on a walker and cannot do it myself. She said she thought it felt different when she was vacuuming but wait until she did it another time. She will not be back until the 5th or the 12th. I will call you after she comes back and ask you some questions.

Now that the carpet is dry the spots look like they are appearing in certain
areas.
They were quick and courteous, and the floor looks great.
Justin was able to clean most of the old makeup out of my daughters dirty carpet. He was very quick and the carpet looked fantastic.
The only thing I don't like about working with your company is that EVERY time there are add-ons. I think you should be more specific about what constitutes a "room" or "stairs" or "halls" up front.
I hired Zerorez based on their promise of pet stain removal. The basic price was $150, but after seeing the stains, the person doing the application mentioned the deep stain removal process. After getting the sticker shock of $1700, he reduced it to $940 or there abouts. We had it done. Next day, stains appeared in the same places. I have spent days recleaning those areas trying to remove the stains. If I had known that their process wouldn’t have removed the stains, then I would have never used this company

The employee was new and didn’t have many answers for me- not his fault completely. As a new customer I expect a veteran to come out and show me why I should use you again.
I had listed an area rug to be cleaned- our main living space. And he couldn’t explain to me why the 11x13 rug costs the same as my basement and upstairs carpet combined. This wasn’t on the website anywhere- $195?!? My entire 2 floors cost $300. He said my basement was an “oversized room” which costs $75. How is a 11x13ft rug $195 with the SAME machine?
I had placed my estimate thoroughly online and this was a HUGE SHOCK and disappointment because,again, the rug is in our main living space and probably needed to be cleaned the most. We skipped it because nobody would pay that much.
Very easy to schedule appointment, time and availability. Great phone service. The technician was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job with the cleaning and our problem areas. He stopped along the way to check satisfaction. He also made suggestions but never insistent or pushy. Great outcome on carpets.

The company is very kind and flexible. They give you appointment reminders and their employees are respectful as well. The service was great too. I had several stains in the carpet that they were able to get out and make the carpet look good as new again!
