I am very disappointed the last time I had them cleaned it was awesome. This time. There are still stains like it never got cleaned. Was never offered the protectant no dryers to help speed up things for drying He was here at 2;35. Window was 12-2 pm
He was gone by 3:45. Never went thru with me as he was in a freakin hurry to leave

I was very pleased that the drying time was just a few hours and not a whole 24+. After drying my carpet was soft and not “crunchy” like other times.
Our carpet cleaner arrived right on time and proceeded to do a great job in getting our carpet looking great again. He especially did a wonderful job on our stairs.

I love the way my house smells so clean after a Zerorez visit. The technicians are professional and very complete in with their work to clean my carpets, tile and sofas.
Thomas did an amazing job on my filthy carpeting. Really took his time to do a good job. Next time I will not wait to long.
Good for the light stuff but did not remove high traffic area stains after two attempts.
Technician was on time, called ahead and explained all the product options before staring work. The work was completed in the 2 hour window that we were told and he was cleaned up and out without issues. He was very friendly and polite.

They were very professional from the first call. They followed up a couple of times prior to my appointment. They called exactly 30 minutes prior to my appointment just as they said they would. Matt was great and very informative. I would use them again in the future.
I was impressed with how great my floors look after the process. The tech was professional.
I know there no guarantee of 100% stain removal but Zerorez was “very confident” that “most” stains would lift and be removed. Literally none of the stains were removed and I wasted $350. As the carpet started to dry all the stains come back. I wish I could demand a refund because I might as well have thrown my money away. Very, very disappointed. I will never recommend you guys. Ever.
i like the fact that the carpets do not feel that different once they are cleaned. Do not feel "crunchy".
