First of all, when I called for a quote, the person said it would depend on what the tech said when he arrived. When the Tech arrived, we walked thru the house and I pointed out areas of concern with tape residue, staining on carpet, and the odor in the room. When he was finished, he told me the tape residue would not come up and some of the stains are permanent. I paid the extra water disposal fee and he went on his way. Later that night, I noticed the carpet was cleaner, but I felt it should be better so I called to see if the area manager would see if it was acceptable to him. He called and we talked and then I never heard from him. So I have moved on and cannot recommend this service to anyone else.

Quick and worked really well!
There were some spots that were not thoroughly cleaned. Also I left light furnitures (not heavy to move). I was thinking the it can moved easily to clean the area but the zerorez staff did not bother to move the furniture to thoroughly clean that corner.
Chase was very informative and very professional. Our carpets were cleaned very well and our grout turned out great. I will definitely call the next time anything needs to be cleaned.
Thomas was friendly and knowledgeable and the whole process was very quick from start to finish.
Did not get the stain out. If we had been told that when ordered the cleaning or from person doing the cleaning then would have not had cleaning done. Also there was an old stain, in a different part of the carpet, that had previously been eliminated but for some reason is now back after the carpet dried. We have been told twice by two of your cleaning people that it takes between 4 and 6 hrs for the carpet to dry but both times it has taken approximately 18 to 24 hrs. Like the fact that you not use soap and your cleaning does a good job on ordinary cleaning of carpets. Your cleaning crew is professional.

It’s a great service, however, the guy who came to clean was really disheveled, his pants were falling down and super sweaty. Not very friendly either.

Our technician (I can’t remember his name but I know he introduced himself) was one of the most friendly and professional workers we’ve had in our home. He was absolutely wonderful and you’re lucky to have him as an employee! He explained everything and answered all of my questions. We will definitely use Zero Rez in the future and hope we get the same technician!
I love the deep clean and that my floors are actually cleaned. Other companies leave dirt residue and the floors are still dirty. You guys are prompt, friendly, and do a great job! The tech who did my rental property - Tevin - was a super star!
