Very professional, explained cleaning and treatment process as well as pricing up front. Provided updates and suggestions to make the most of the cleaning as he went.

The cleaning left a terrible smell in the house. I am told now that we should have asked for a "pet" cleaning because we had pets. I was not given this option when I book. I feel that this should have been discussed up front. We put the house on the market 72 hours after the cleaning and had to work around the clock to correct this.

Brandon did an excellent job. Very efficient I also like the no chemical smell, things dried really quickly.

I love the way the carpets look after cleaning. The worker was very thorough in his work and took time to discuss some issues with me. I like that it doesn't leave a crunchy feeling once the carpets are dry. Job well done!!

Great! Dried fast

The job was well done and the gentleman very polite. However, I do not feel that pricing was explained well when I made my on line appointment. A better definition of exactly what is covered for what price would be a major improvement.

The application of the protectant with a handheld pump sprayer was a technology let down, especially when compared to the rest of the equipment used. First name removed the Technician was very professional, polite and personable.

I'm very displeased with the results in both the dining and living rooms. There are areas in these two rooms that are not clean: areas where the foot traffic is heavy; areas in front of chairs and couch where the area patterns are heavy that are quite soiled. It is my understanding that such areas would receive extra cleaning. The wand patterns are quite visible, the carpet was not clean, the job was done too quickly and overlapping was not sufficient. Sreaks are visible.
I also question the amount of and kind of cleaning solution used on the carpets. Was it sufficient to clean these particular areas?
When I pay this amount of money for this once a year cleaning job, I expect a better job at actually getting the carpets clean.
