It does its job and so do the technicians
The carpets are very clean and nice, but the there was a lot of splash marks left on the walls. I had to clean all the walls after.

I have used Zerorez for years. This is the first time the carpets smelled moldy when the cleaning was finished. The smell has since dissipated but I think the equipment used needs a thorough cleaning including the clean water tank.

The first time carpet looked worse than before it was cleaned. Streaked in a couple spots that was very noticeable. The re-do was a little better but still streaks. I understand that carpet wears due to traffic areas but once cleaned should look better. Tried Zerorez based on neighbor recommendation.

The carpet cleaning was completed well and I am very happy with the service. However, I was charged $50 a room for carpet protectant which I thought was the total cost for all three rooms. A woman on the Saturday prior to my cleaning asked if I wanted the protectant which would be $179 and I told her "no" but then I asked the cleaner to go ahead and add thinking it was just $50.00 for all three rooms. I also had my bathroom tile grout cleaned which was very disappointing and expensive for the service received. The cleaner was in and out of the bathroom in no time. There are numerous tiles which the grout is still dirty. There is no way the grout was touched by a brush with the little amount of time spent on the flooring. For $544, I am very disappointed.

Sorry but really disappointed in your cleaning technique. First had my carpet cleaned at the beginning of October with some pet stains needing sub extraction. Although those stains came out fairly clean, the other pet stains that were not sub extracted did not & really showed up worse after the carpet was dry & appeared larger stained than they were before. I called & was offered a redo which was done a few weeks later. Again, same thing happened! Seemed okay until it dried. Whatever spray was being used on my carpet has done nothing but left the stain as before. I appreciated the free redo but it still didn’t solve the issue!
It was very fast and got the carpets cleaner than we could’ve done ourselves!!
The carpet looked great when completed, it did take longer to drive than I expected, but it was worth it. The guys who came to the house were very friendly and accommodating.
