The ease of scheduling, the quality of services, the professionalism of technicians.

We loved everything about our experience! We have had our carpets cleaned several times by other companies since we moved into our home… They have never turned out as beautiful as they did with Zerorez!!I I am so pleased how our carpets turned out and we will definitely be back!!! I was so impressed by the gentleman who came out to do our carpets… He was so knowledgeable and informative on everything he did while he was in our home. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect!! Our carpet will look fabulous for the holidays!!

Very happy with the overall service and quality

Good product; knowledgeable and clean employees

Great service carpets look brand new. Was referred from a co worker and couldn't be happier. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Justin was through and very polite. Also was the young lady on the phone. The service was very good and the carpets look great now.

Did a great job cleaning upholstery

I liked most everything except after the cleaning, there were two areas that left a dirty streak from the machine/brushes.

No chemicals, no crunchy feeling. Helps with allergies in the house.

Excellent Service and Products. John Parry explained everything he was doing and did an excellent job. Will be using your services again.

Thank you

Gets the carpet clean fast. Always brings the old carpet back to life. Always on time, with friendly techs. Great price. Third time we have used the service.

Great service!!!

The process was different than any other, and the result was great! The technician, John, was very thorough.

Very good cleaning process that left our furniture and rugs looking much better.

The quick dry of carpet, doesn't overly soak it like Stanly Steamer! The guys who have come to my house are always so very nice and professional.

My technician, Matt, was unbelievable. You would’ve thought he owned the company with his amount of professionalism and knowledge. It was truly my experience with him that would bring me back.

You are the poster child for customer service! Great technology, nice people on the telephone. Props to Gabe!

Professional service. Work well done.

Very meticulous, thorough technicians. Ours was Brian, very polite & pleasant.
We have used Zerorez since we moved into our new home 7 yrs ago. They keep our carpets looking almost like new! I would never go back to another carpet cleaning company!!

We were really pleased with everything except the carpets were still wet in various areas for more than 24 hours. We were told it would be dry in 4 to 6 hours. That is the only problem. Carpets look and smell great!

Tech on time. Did thorough job. Very safe following Covid guidelines.
