Thomas called when he was on his way. He is always very professional and polite. He wore his shoe covers, laid out a water profit mat and wore a mask to make me and my family feel safe in our home.
Thomas addressed all my issues and removed all the spots we had from our carpet. The ZrLifter was able to bring the soils to the top of the carpet before the cleaning began. Carpet looked great and were dry within 4 hours. Thanks again Thomas!
Carpet was left VERY wet, not just damp, and took way to long to dry - over 8 hours to dry!! When I touched some spots with the back of my hand, there was actual water on my finger nails! There was a trail of dirty water left on the tile floor from the living room to the front door. Now I have to mop/clean all that tile. Also there are about 5-6 dripples of dirty water on the carpet that showed up after it finally dried. I did not put anything on the carpet until after 8 hours and not until it felt dry. Will not use ZEROREZ again.
The carpet is clean and fresh no chemical smells
Great job! Technician was very friendly and did a good job.
The service was great, the technician was great, my awful carpets are soft and clean. Just a great job done, once again. I definitely miss the citrus scent though.
I was expecting my carpet to look fresh and fluffy. It dried crinkly.
Love the Zerorez process.
The service was great and the carpet looks clean and fresh.
Great service! Knowledgeable serviceman. Carpets look great!
Take a little more time in each room.
• Appointments are easy to make and service opportunities are available within a short time.
• The same technician has cleaned our carpets at least twice--maybe three times. He is prompts, polite, and thorough.
• The cleaning system is effective, does not leave a sticky residue, and dries quickly.
Very nice people and they did a wonderful job! The whole house smelled great. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and they got rid of all of the stains and smells without leaving behind sticky carpet.
Quality
During the pandemic only 1 person and practicing social distancing, mask, gloves and booties. I liked the fact the carpets were relatively dry within a few hours upon completion.
The service was top notch. The technician was very knowledgeable and very professional. I will be calling this company again when I need another cleaning. Thumbs up to Gabe!!!

Thomas was amazing! He was so cheerful and helpful. He walked me through exactly what to be expect. My carpets look great and he was wonderful to have in our home. He followed all safety protocols and was very neat and tidy.
The technician called before arriving on time, and was professional and pleasant. He did the job very well. We call every year to schedule carpet cleaning and will continue to call Zerorez!
I can still see the stains quite well. Couldn’t see them while it was wet but can see them well now. I expected them to be gone based on reviews and word of mouth.
Very professional and efficient. While not every spot could be removed, the tech worked hard and did a nice job.
The service was excellent and the pricing was fair. I was well informed and my questions were answered every time. The carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning was amazing
