Quick appointment, on time, good job cleaning carpets
We LOVE Zerorez! We first tried them on our carpet. We thought it was beyond hope, but they were able to remove stains that we didnt seem possible.( I am so sorry I cant remember his name) So this time, we were under a home reno, dust and dirt everywhere. Without question, we called Zeroez to clean all of our upholstery. Justin came out, explained everything, addressed our concerns and did a phenomenal job. He was very professional, careful and respectful of our home. He left no mess, only clean, wonderful feeling and smelling sofas and chairs.Thank you Zerorez for a great product and great people!

No chemicals
Cleaning was pretty good. Way too many hidden costs. Advertising $139 and then it’s really $312....it’s not clear up front how many extra charges there will be. Once they arrive and the price is different we felt kind of trapped to go with it because they were already at our house. Good in home service, but we would shop around next time.

My carpet tech was very kind, clean, polite and he wore protective shoe covers! Also important..he wore a mask, even while he was sweating!
My carpet was at least 5 shades lighter when he left, and it feels really nice, not crunchy! I would highly recommend Zerorez and Jordan!

My carpet smells like it was soaked with water and left, which it was. My carpet was just a little dingy and I wanted to have a professional do it instead of doing it myself since it’s new carpet basically.. it did t smell at all.. now the carpet smells like someone dumped a bucket of dishwater on it, and it doesn’t look any better than it would have if I’d done it. Have to have another company come do it again. Detergent is obviously a must when cleaning carpet
The job should have been more thorough, fans to dry for longer period of time the first time, to prevent our house from smelling and to prevent the worker from having to come back out. Thank you for fixing it!

I first heard about your company on a radio commercial. Then I did my research and thought about how disappointed I always was with the other traditional carpet cleaning companies. The rugs were either too soggy or looked clean until they dried and we walked on them then they were immediately dirty again. So, I figured what do I have to lose. Well from scheduling on line to the technician arriving on time and doing a great job, I was very impressed. A few days later the carpet still looks great, a couple of the stains we had did not bleed back up, so you have my endorsement.
zerorez is by far the best carpet cleaner we have used. The name says it all zero rez left behind. The tech was super friendly and was in and out in about an hour. We will be using zerorez again!

Immediately after the carpet was cleaned I could already see the stains coming back up through the carpet. I did not have that badly stained carpet, it should have been able to get cleaned.

The shower floor doesn’t look any different than it did before. The walls are somewhat cleaner but the tech missed multiple spots. While he was showing me the shower I noticed that a tile looked out of place. It was broken. I picked it up and he said “yea it must have been loose” it wasn’t loose. It wasn’t worth the time or the money.
