We liked that our service rep, Chase, explained how he would clean each different carpet type,
any pre-treatment needed for some stains, and the drying time needed before walking on the carpets. He advised us to set extra fans, & open doors & run the fan on the furnace to help speed up the drying process. Chase did a great job; our carpets look fantastic. I can’t believe how great the carpet looks. There were stains that had been in there for years that he got out. There are rooms I was planning to replace because I thought they looked terrible but he got them looking almost new!
