I was shocked that I paid $300 to have my wool rug cleaned. You are very affordable for carpets and furniture. The rug was excessive and won't use you in the future when I need it cleaned. I completely understand how you estimate a wool rug but when I consider that I paid $700 for it, I can almost purchase a new rug for what I paid to have it cleaned.

The work performed was actually excellent and the workmen were professional, polite, and efficient. However, within a day of the work being completed, I started being inundated with spam and phishing calls on my cell phone that continue to this day. Zerorez is the only company I have given my cell phone # to in the last few months, so it clear to me that you must have sold my number to marketing companies. I don't plan to do business again with your company for this reason.
