Promptness, thorough, professional and safe!
Hopefully when you come this week you will be able to take care of a horrible problem. If you do then I will change my opinion.
Good product, good service and a good price. The technician, Matt, was very professional and did a super job.
Prompt and through and knowledgable. Amazing cleaning results.
It always leaves our carpets fresh and clean..... And dries so quick! Friendly technicians, like John, always explain the process and walk the house with us for any troubled spots. We appreciate the no chemical cleaning process too.
Prompt and professional staff. Our carpets look great!
Ease of scheduling and professionalism of technician.
Efficiency and customer care
It was quick (1 1/2 hours) and no sticky residue left on carpet. Technician was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything. No mess left behind.
Professional, detailed, thorough & courteous. Highly recommend zerorez. We use them annually.
Fast and easy process
Kept appointment, completed work and left. Can't beat that!
The carpet is very clean and dried quickly. Is us also soft after cleaning..you don't have to vacuum to restore the softness.

Awesome Job! On Time!
Representative was on time, and professional.
Good cleaning without leaving chemicals in the carpets. Nice employees.
I told the technician that he missed a spot on the carpet. He told me that it was just the shadow. As my carpet continued to dry, it became more evident that he missed a spot. I called back the next day and left a voicemail about the incident, and have yet to even receive a call back and it's been 3 days since I called, and 4 days since the service. I spent too much money to have my carpets cleaned for the job to not have been done right, and then to be ignored.
We have used Zerorez a couple of times and the carpets are always super clean and no lingering smell after they clean.
Service guys are always very friendly and professional too!
Friendly and got out stains that we didn’t think would come out.
Cleans well
Doesn’t leave carpets wet or crunchy
Servicemen have always been kind, courteous and friendly.

Technician was to arrive between 10-12 and he arrived close to 1 pm. Once he was here, everything was good but not being on time made it a bad experience for me.
Everything looks great. Arrived when he said and was willing to do what I needed even though it wasn’t what I ordered!
Easy to use and great service.
