Tevin did a fantastic job on my floors and was super professional. Even gave me tips on what works best for my most common carpet stains.

First, your technician did virtually nothing on the “What to expect list” sent with my confirmation. The only thing he did was use booties and edge protectors.
There are many spots that he failed to remove.
It has been almost 48 hours since the job was completed, even after using my fans, overnight, there are still wet spots in some areas. The technician never offered fans to help with the drying.
I am very disappointed with the results. The carpet doesn’t look much better. If you really want to make it right, give me a complete refund. I did not feel I got my money’s worth.

Products are eco-friendly and I don’t find residue. Walked on carpet several days now no evidence of dirt coming up. Especially like quick drying time!

A stain that I have worked on personally with over the counter products that never went away were gone. The the person I was trying to please on the subject actually worked. the service person was nice and answered my questions. I was pleased to tip the highest amount without hesitation. Our carpet feels soft and clean. The whole house smells so fresh and clean now. I would never use any other carpet cleaner company again. We have never had such great results from anyone else.
My technician was excellent. The carpet and hardwood floors were done with care and great results. My only concern is that in the future I will need my larger furniture moved (sofa, end tables and coffee table). I cannot do this myself and with one technician, this may be a problem in the future. Stanley Steamer does a hard sales pitch which I do not appreciate, a soft sales information sharing of services was brought to my attention but not forced. I really liked the service and plan to schedule future cleanings with you.
First off our carpet tech 'Tevin' was extremely polite, nice and very thorough at explaining everything on the process of cleaning and how all equipment is cleaned per each customer! He went over and above at cleaning our carpet and showed us an area on our tile how it would look if it and the grout was cleaned and sealed. I will most certainly use Zerorez again and request Tevin as our tech. Our carpet looked brand new after this cleaning, so indeed we are happy with the results!
Scheduling was very professional. They arrived on time. The work was exactly as expected.
