Our carpet stairs were still wet the next morning. I don’t think they were suctioned properly.

We have utilized this company for may years and thought we would call Stanley Steamer this time. We have three large dogs but our house is well maintained.
When I arrived home I could not tell Stanley Steamer had serviced our house but was informed they had.
I immediately called Zerorez arriving two days later. It was confirmed Stanley did not clean the carpets properly leaving behind the elements we hired them for.
Zerorez showed us the results of their extraction and was very professional providing necessary documentation to recover our funds from Stanley.
When I returned home after Zerorez it was immediate apparent. The house was clean, the musky smell prior was now eliminated and four days later the odors have not returned.
Zerorez is the only company we will hire who has proven their abilities of service.

Cleaning was scheduled between 2:00 and 4:00. I call at 4:00 to find out the delay person stated that gentlemen had delays with prior clients. A phone call notifying me of the delay would have been appreciated that is what I call customer service. Andy was very professional when he arrived but to top it off he could not do a complete cleaning since part of the equipment was broken. He asked if I wanted to reschedule but I did not have that option since all my furniture had been moved. He was done and a little over an hour. Not happy with the results I know that the high traffic areas would not be good as new but my home steam cleaner does a better job

My carpet was left damp for 13 hours; plus house smelled musty. In addition, my dog kept sneezing. I messaged the office and it took them all day to get back with me. They wanted to come out and redo my carpet. I cannot afford to have another 13 hours down time. I get home today, and some areas are still damp plus in one room, there's a wet spot. And no the spot is not from my dog. The door was closed. In fact, when I took the tour after his cleaning, the door was closed and I had to open it. Not sure why he had closed it.

I run my hands over the carpet in certain areas, and it leaves a slippery; sticky feeling on my hands. This is ridiculous. I do not want them re cleaning as I cannot take the chance of it being wet again for 13+ hours. I would like a substantial refund at this point of time. I needed my carpet cleaned as I"m getting ready for surgery/down time and I wanted my house to smell fresh. Such a disappointment and false advertising. One cannot lay on my carpet; that's for sure. May have to have it replaced now too.

I love how thorough the cleaning is and the fact that no scent is used.

I am very disappointed the last time I had them cleaned it was awesome. This time. There are still stains like it never got cleaned. Was never offered the protectant no dryers to help speed up things for drying He was here at 2;35. Window was 12-2 pm
He was gone by 3:45. Never went thru with me as he was in a freakin hurry to leave
