No chemicals good service
Thomas cleaned our carpets, and they look and smell fresh and fluffy as well. He was so polite, cooperative, and competent. He also caused as little intrusion as possible. Couldn't ask for more from a carpet cleaning company.
Don't rush to get a job done. I still have spots on my carpet.

I love how clean the carpet feels to walk on with bare feet. It is so soft & smells clean after cleaning unlike other cleaning services where the carpet is stiff with chemicals & smells odd.

Quality carpet outcome with great customer service!
I liked that my tech was polite and professional. He explained everything and was very helpful. I like the way the carpet feels and does not have any soap or residue left on the carpet. My carpet stays clean longer!

We loved everything about our experience! We have had our carpets cleaned several times by other companies since we moved into our home… They have never turned out as beautiful as they did with Zerorez!!I I am so pleased how our carpets turned out and we will definitely be back!!! I was so impressed by the gentleman who came out to do our carpets… He was so knowledgeable and informative on everything he did while he was in our home. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect!! Our carpet will look fabulous for the holidays!!

Did a great job cleaning upholstery
I liked most everything except after the cleaning, there were two areas that left a dirty streak from the machine/brushes.
Knowing that they use pet/kid friendly products that leave no residue is huge!!!
My carpets were in horrible shape after having a puppy and I wasn’t expecting all the staining to come up but they in fact all came out and my carpet looks good as new again!!!
