We have used Zerorez since we moved into our new home 7 yrs ago. They keep our carpets looking almost like new! I would never go back to another carpet cleaning company!!
We were really pleased with everything except the carpets were still wet in various areas for more than 24 hours. We were told it would be dry in 4 to 6 hours. That is the only problem. Carpets look and smell great!

Within two days of the service, a 9 inch by 6 inch gray spot appeared on the carpet. Nothing had been there before. So we think the dampness of the carpet attracted something.
Otherwise, service was fine.

Your employees are very polite and do a great job. My carpets look so much better. Only thing is, we had a spot that I thought was gone but when it dried overnight, it was still there. And I had a $20 coupon I forgot to use. Would have been nice since bill was over $280
