Appreciated the friendliness, thoroughness and explanations of the process by the technician.
Fast drying! That’s the #1. Does great job getting our carpets cleaned. We have you out every 6 months or so. Carpets look like new after each cleaning, even with 2 young kids!

The carpet that was cleaned in ONE room for $140 is already showing the same stains in the same places. It only looked cleaner for about a week or less. The carpet is less than a year old. Not cool.

Overall a very nice job. Technician was very polite. Carpet was not crunchy after drying. Definitely had soggy feet for some time. Was just hoping the extraction process would have been a bit stronger and not left the carpets so wet.
I like that the carpet dried quickly. Once it dried, it didn't look clean. Many of the spots we had before are still there. We have pet stains that didn't come clean, but the carpet still looks dirty in places where there were beverage spills or even just general traffic. Feels like we paid money to feel confident that the carpet was clean without the carpet actually looking any differently.
The cleaning technician was very thorough and took a lot of time to get our 31 year old carpet looking the best it has in years!
