Good cleaning without leaving chemicals in the carpets. Nice employees.
I told the technician that he missed a spot on the carpet. He told me that it was just the shadow. As my carpet continued to dry, it became more evident that he missed a spot. I called back the next day and left a voicemail about the incident, and have yet to even receive a call back and it's been 3 days since I called, and 4 days since the service. I spent too much money to have my carpets cleaned for the job to not have been done right, and then to be ignored.
We have used Zerorez a couple of times and the carpets are always super clean and no lingering smell after they clean.
Service guys are always very friendly and professional too!

Technician was to arrive between 10-12 and he arrived close to 1 pm. Once he was here, everything was good but not being on time made it a bad experience for me.

Thomas called when he was on his way. He is always very professional and polite. He wore his shoe covers, laid out a water profit mat and wore a mask to make me and my family feel safe in our home.
Thomas addressed all my issues and removed all the spots we had from our carpet. The ZrLifter was able to bring the soils to the top of the carpet before the cleaning began. Carpet looked great and were dry within 4 hours. Thanks again Thomas!
Carpet was left VERY wet, not just damp, and took way to long to dry - over 8 hours to dry!! When I touched some spots with the back of my hand, there was actual water on my finger nails! There was a trail of dirty water left on the tile floor from the living room to the front door. Now I have to mop/clean all that tile. Also there are about 5-6 dripples of dirty water on the carpet that showed up after it finally dried. I did not put anything on the carpet until after 8 hours and not until it felt dry. Will not use ZEROREZ again.

• The same technician has cleaned our carpets at least twice--maybe three times. He is prompts, polite, and thorough.
• The cleaning system is effective, does not leave a sticky residue, and dries quickly.
Very nice people and they did a wonderful job! The whole house smelled great. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and they got rid of all of the stains and smells without leaving behind sticky carpet.
Quality
During the pandemic only 1 person and practicing social distancing, mask, gloves and booties. I liked the fact the carpets were relatively dry within a few hours upon completion.
The service was top notch. The technician was very knowledgeable and very professional. I will be calling this company again when I need another cleaning. Thumbs up to Gabe!!!
