I like that time was taken to explain everything and all my questions were answered. When I asked for additional things to be done last minute, I was not given an attitude and I appreciate that. Everything looked great when done and Tevin did an outstanding job. Thank you

I’ve used you twice. First time I loved it. This time not so much. The carpet needed cleaned and in a few high traffic seas it needed extra attention. All areas were treated equally. I pointed out the bottom stairs needed more work and I was informed going over once was policy but he ran over it twice. So, after he left the resolve spray came out and I made it look much better. Ridiculous.
We had a horrendous issue with cat urine in our new home left from the previous homeowner. After having another carpet cleaning company come in and clean to no avail, Zerorez came in and after two treatments eradicated the smell!! We have been so impressed with the service and results from Zerorez!
Overall I was happy with the service. It is expensive.

The technician was very professional and explained everything in great detail. The carpet cleaned looks great and almost every spot was removed. The carpet is very old, but does not look like it after cleaning.
Timely arrival, efficient and professional cleaners. Very good at communicating. My only small observation is that the protectant that you use makes the carpet course. Also I was concerned about some "humps" in the carpet, but they went away when the carpet dried.

Our carpet looks great. Texture is restored. Very pleased with service and technician.
We had our carpets and couch cleaned in November. Our carpets looked and smelled wonderful upon completion. However, our couch still had some concerning spots once it dried. Zerorez was happy to come back out and re-clean the couch no questions asked and without any additional charge. After the second cleaning we are very happy with how our couch turned out as well! Service is friendly and prompt! Definitely would recommend.
