Great service and pricing. I thought since this was a more organic type of cleaning that it would be significantly more than previously carpet cleaners, but it wasn’t! The technician explained everything in full detail as we walked the house prior to starting the cleaning.

Some areas didn’t seem quite clean with a few spots remaining and some areas felt sticky with a very long dry time/still wet the next morning. Just didn’t feel like there was no residue left.

They didn’t do a very good job the first time around but after a reasonable conversation we were able to resolve the issues I had and they came back out and my carpets now looks flawless! Highly recommend. Mistakes happen. Glad we were able to fix the issues. Thanks Zerorez

Even though you are green you need to figure out how to get liquid stains out of the carpet with out chemicals. The main reason I set up service with you were some areas that needed liquid stains removed.
