Y’all make dirty things clean
I had a large sectional cleaned yesterday. There were 2 stains I noticed only after the technician left... they were not there previously and look a bit like water spots. There was also pet hair that I expected to be gone. This was my second cleaning with you, the first was great. This time—disappointing. It’s a lot of money to be disappointed. The technician was very nice. My concerns are with the result.

You advertise that carpeting will look like new, and I did not notice any difference in the way my carpeting looked afterwards compared to other carpet cleaning companies who charge way less! Disappointed, and will not recommend to others. For the money I paid, I would have expected to not see traces of stains left on my carpeting, and the stains were only food/drink stains. (not wine)

I want to say first that my carpets really do look fresh and clean overall, however, I explained to the guy that came to clean them that there were a few “pee spots” from our pup that may need a little extra attention to. He was a pleasant young man and told me he’d take care of it. Upon completion he let me walk through to see his work and I will say it looked pretty good at the time. He said he even got down on the floor and smelled it to make sure it didn’t smell like pee anymore. Well the next day I decided to smell for myself after seeing spots that looked like they were still there and it most definitely still smells- so not sure if maybe the smell was masked when he smelled bc it was wet or not but that’s what kept me from giving this rating a 10 - the fact that I can still smell the pee and there are still visible stains- although pretty faint.

I tried to book online but it wouldn't accept 2- 4 room specials, so I called.
The lady I spoke to signed me up for a 3 room special and a 5 room special. I also had 25 stairs and a hallway. I asked about Scotchgard for all areas and she told me it was included. She quoted under $400-I was thrilled. Day of service, they only had 3 room special, stairs, and hallway on the invoice and told me only one room of Scotchgard is included. My bill ended up being $711. I'm not sure if they get a bonus for upgrading clients or what, but this happens every time I get my carpets cleaned-it's never what I was quoted over the phone. The technician did a good job on cleaning but I wasn't prepared for paying almost twice what I was quoted over the phone.
The technician was polite and very professional! Zach did an excellent job of walking me through all the steps of the job and my carpets look beautiful!
I will request Zach as my technician in the future, he is is a great asset to Zerorez

It was inaccurate that it took 4-6 hours to dry. It took, in some areas, almost 24 hours!
We are very satisfied with the carpet cleaning that was done. It was accomplished in a very short time and in an efficient manner. There was no residue and we ere able to walk within a short period. Great job!!!!!

Coordinating service was easy. Service Technician, Matt, called ahead of arrival and provided excellent service. He was very careful of our furniture and floors, worked quickly and did a superior job.

This is Name removed (at 10881 Belle Plaine Blvd). Your employee came out to clean the spots that were missed the first TWO TIMES & to look at the hard wood. I’m not sure what he was told to do by you or other management, but he did not take any action. Per my husband, he said “If I clean it again, it’s just going to look the same, so...” & gave another option to pay MORE (we already paid $500 for a job that did nothing for it- leaving just as much dirt as there was), for an oil treatment??? Really?!
Not sure if he is just lazy or was told to not do anything to make things better. Either way, I believe it is poor customer service. After 3 trips here & multiple calls & messages left to get this taken care of, we are very disappointed & won’t be coming back to Zerorez, nor will we recommend Zerorez to anyone else.
