Technician.
Very little, if any, chemicals used in cleaning. Explanations of process. Respect shown thru interactions as well as respect of property with shoe coverings, and mask as situation dictates and parties agree.

Your technician, Tevin, did fantastic work and he was efficient at it as well. Zerorez is the only company I feel comfortable to have clean my carpets, and Tevin is definitely one of the techs I'd recommend!
Tevin was very thorough in his explanation and cleaning. I will def use again.
I turned in a survey. This time i feel we did not receive a great service. Tech took 45 minutes to clean two carpet areas couch and chair. In the past we had stairs fone in place of third room. This time tech would not do. No fans were placed in rooms like before.
I do not believe we received service that $300+ should have gotten us

It was quick (1 1/2 hours) and no sticky residue left on carpet. Technician was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything. No mess left behind.

The carpet is very clean and dried quickly. Is us also soft after cleaning..you don't have to vacuum to restore the softness.
