The tech called ahead and arrived on time. Very friendly and professional. We reviewed the space to be cleaned and did not take very long. Carpets look amazing and were able to get out a lot of stains I had been struggling with. Carpet was dry just a few hours later.

The spot remover is amazing! It has taken out every spot I have treated.
The Zerorez carpet cleaning treatment has made my carpeting look and feel cleaner than any other carpet cleaning technique previously used. There is no soap residue left in the carpet which keeps the carpet cleaner longer. And, the technicians are careful with my furniture and woodwork.

Just paid a lot of money for less than an hour of time. Can’t say it’s the first time I’ve done this, but will probably be the last. Not that I am unhappy with the results but cannot justify the cost. $5/step at 30 seconds per is quite the hourly rate. $15 to pour the dirty water that is already supposed to be safe by nature if the cleaning solution being used down the drain.

While our tech John was amazing, we were supremely disappointed in the time management. We were asked to move up our appt to the 10-12 slot the say before and we obliged. The day of our appt a tech called off and we were asked at around 10:30 to move back to the 12-2 slot which we obliged. I called at about 2:25 asking if a tech was still coming out and she advised he was. Our tech did not arrive until sometime between 3:45 and 4:00. We waited at home all day for this appt when we needed to go out and get some errands run. Was hoping for some form of compensation for our patience since we waited from 10-4 for our tech.
