Very nice people and they did a wonderful job! The whole house smelled great. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and they got rid of all of the stains and smells without leaving behind sticky carpet.

Quality

During the pandemic only 1 person and practicing social distancing, mask, gloves and booties. I liked the fact the carpets were relatively dry within a few hours upon completion.

Our carpets looked amazing!!! Thomas took his time, was a gentleman and explained what he was doing and how zerorez works! I can’t thank you enough!

Kevin did a very good job and was very professional. The only question we have is the carpet under our desk in our upstairs office. Once dried, there is still an obvious distinction from where the floor mat protected the carpet and the dirty carpet where it didn't. It would be nice to ask Kevin if this is the best ZeroRez could do, or if he didn't go back as far as he needed to in cleaning. But overall, we are very satisfied.

Finally, one thing I did not like in the survey I answered before approving the invoice was the question about tipping the person who did the cleaning. My wife and I agree that this is inappropriate, and really rubbed us the wrong way. He is not an uber driver, a waitress, a hairdresser, or a pizza delivery person.

We don't tip our plumber, electrician, handyman, doctor, etc. We paid you for your service, which we will recommend to anyone asking about it. Kevin did a very professional job and his demeanor and communications skills were strong and appreciated. If you do performance review at time throughout the year, we recommend that you reward his performance, which we assume is consistent customer to customer, with a bonus.

Again, we are happy with the cleaning overall, and will probably use you again.
