The carpet was extremely wet where we had to run fans all night long. The cleaners told us to stay off the carpet for 24 hours. Really? Were we supposed to get a hotel room? Not impressed and will probably not use again. Very disappointed. Friends have used you and I was excited to have carpets cleaned.

My furniture always look brand-new and I love that it doesn’t leave a sticky residue on my carpet.

The 2 guys worked hard and spent tile telling me what they did. The thoroughly cleaned a sofa and used a big fan to dry it somewhat before they left. The spots were removed and it looks good. The price was reasonable, too. Add some coupons.

Great communication from start to finish! Arrived on time. Did a very thorough job, and was great at explaining the processes used to make my carpet perfect.

We have had you guys out 3 times now, and this last time, the guy did not put forth the effort of the other people. I pointed out a few areas to address and he skimmed over them, and wasn't even able to get up a spot from a very recent coffee spill. He was definitely just going through the motions...and he kept taking his mask off...and when he was wearing the mask, he didn't even have his nose covered.

The technician was very friendly and did a good job. My only complaint is the carpet was SO wet after he was done. I realize it has to be wet, but not this wet. Also, I never heard of a carpet cleaner getting a tip. Don't you pay them enough?

The last time we had the carpets cleaned, they used corner protectors to avoid damage to walls and baseboards.

The yellowish stains in my carpet never did come out after something has been put on it to pull the yellowish stain out.

John completely restored my faith in your services. He came out to redo a few spots and was so professional and explained everything, not only did he get the spots that had come up the first time my carpets were dry and fresh as you state in your adds. The tech that came out first used way too water and my carpets took three days to dry. John completely made my experience a10 out of 10! I will request him going forward with any services!

your rep was very good; however I was very upset that I sat here all day for him to show up at 5:15. The company should have emailed my window so that I could have done things earlier!!!

I had some spots and it appeared they were gone. When the carpet dried two of the spots reappeared. The carpet was not dry when the men left as advertised. It was morning when it was completely dry.

Tevin did a great job. Coming in right on time. Explained the process, and went to work. In a short time we had carpet looking like it was brand new. The man truly liked his job and the company he worked for. He gets 10 out of 10. To find this kind of service, with a very personable demeanor, and so enthusiastic is hard to find these days. Carlos was the technician/employee who came to our home. He went above and beyond. He had problems with equipment and while waiting on the replacement piece, he got down on the floor and continued the application. Wow! How many people go that extra mile when we would have been ok with waiting for the replacement part. Could not have been happier with the service.

Carpets look great. Chair looks great too. John was very professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job. Very pleased overall.
