Love that my carpet was dry in 4 hours
I like that the company puts its customers first and does everything possible to ensure that we are not spending more money than necessary. That is very important for a retiree as well as someone who is just trying to make ends meet. You all saved me $3900 for a repair (specified by another company) that just required tightening of a bolt screw.

High traffic areas still dingy, had to ask twice for certain spots to be done again. Dining chairs don’t look much better. More expensive and less effective than the other company I’ve used which I’ll return to. Thanks anyway.
Im a Contractor working for a investment company. i had a three rooms that severely needed cleaned with a short notice. i told them how urgent it was that i got this job done within 48hrs they were there that fallowing Monday and were in and out.

Product cleans well. Employees know the product and how to use it. Very knowledgeable and informative.
The tech, I believe Brandon was his name, did an awesome job. This was the 3rd time to our home for Zerorex. I could see the difference in his technique from the first tech that came out. Brandon explained and cleaned up any residue he got on the wood floors. Using fans did help with less streaks in the drying process. Having techs use same technique in cleaning carpet could be helpful from my perspective.

Nice technician. I had you guys. Do my mom’s house several months ago. It smelled nice when it was done. At my place, it did not smell good when completed. Also, I paid for a protectant as I was told future spills, accidents, etc would be easier to clean up. This wasn’t the case either.

The service techs are courteous, respectful and professional. They put on shoe covers and place corner protectors on the walls. The carpets are cleaned extremely well and they use their own specialized water for better cleaning. Other companies use my outside water spigot. The carpet is soft again and feels like new.

More information on what rugs can be cleaned on site - I was hoping to have more done but my area rugs would have to be cleaned off site and much more expensive
The carpet doesn’t look clean, I have stripes on my couch, where it was cleaned and not cleaned and my rug looks the same. The tech also left puddles of water all over my floor where his hoses were leaking. I had to mop my floors after he left.

You charged me $45.00 for a 3 by 3 space at top of stairs but didn't clean the whole hallway. The cleaning guy didn't even say we charge full price of hallway so you might as well clean the hallway.
So probably be looking elsewhere for carpet cleaning.
The scheduling process was simple and well-organized, and the technician was polite and professional. He did an excellent job on a stained spot, which looks much better now. The high-traffic areas didn’t seem to get the same focused attention and unfortunately look unchanged. While the outcome may have been the same regardless, we won't know.
