We were satisfied with the carpet cleaning portion. We also had you steam clean our tile and that was a real disappointment. We checked your web page and viewed the pictures and decided if you could get close to those results for us it would be well worth the $$. Sadly the results were rather lackluster. The tech said as the grout dried it would lighten up however the end result was a disappointment.
As far as what you could do? If you think doing the service again and possibly applying a bit more effort would make a difference great. If you are already aware that this service is a bit of a crap shoot then prob ot worth you coming back.
Again, we were satisfied with the tech and the carpet portion.

First the service tech (Dacoda) was very helpful in making recommendations. He showed that he really cared about us and how to do the best job.
I received no e-receipt for a bill almost $200. The agent took a wool hall rug for cleaning without leaving any record the HE TOOK POSSESSION of the rug and departed before I could demand the receipt.

Service was very good. Ian was very professional in his words and actions, and very patient when asked questions about the cleaning process.
The carpet smelled worse after it was cleaned. We paid extra for disinfecting etc also so we spent a lot of money. We waited 72 hours to he sure it had dried etx but the smell never went away. Within 5 days we have had to rip out carpet.
I would like a refund of half of what I paid since that was for the extras and now we are having to remove the carpet. I called and spoke to a manager but no one has gotten back with me yet.
Your staff worked like a team. They were never on their phones, they consulted each other on who was doing what and were very detailed in their work. They worked on stains that other cleaning companies have NEVER been able to get out. They got in all the corners, all in all they were meticulous. As a business owner, I appreciate when I hire a company to do work, they employ the best to do the best service. I'm your customer for as long as you keep this quality of work and employee.

By not being truthful about your hidden fees & taking advantage of senior citizen on a fixed budget
John Perry got stains out that previous technicians could not! It may be due to new water used or perhaps he is just more knowledgeable
The service person was extremely personable and professional.
He explained everything in great detail.
Carpet is old and he did a good job with what he had to work with.
The carpets are always fresh and perfectly cleaned and your technicians are professional, knowledgeable and very careful/thorough. Also, the lack of chemicals is great for our home and pets etc.
I can barely tell any difference after spending over $200.
