There were still spots on the carpet after the initial cleaning by Zerorez. They came back and did a wonderful job with a repeat cleaning. Thank you

Thomas was so good at his job. The safety precautions the company made for home and Covid-19. Matt did a good job making it happen. Did not like girl calling Saturday to tell me I was wrong on schedule for job....and then on Monday ( day of job) to say our guy was sick and had to reschedule. It worked out and I am glad because I would of canceled and not reschedule....mainly because of girl on Saturday.

The stairway steps are streaked and look worse than they did before the carpet was cleaned. Super disappointed. Called and sent pics but haven’t heard anything back yet. Would like someone to come back out and redo the steps.

I left a message two days after you were here. I scheduled a deep extraction and while here, your technician indicated that he thought we just needed a tropical treatment. He said, if we still smelled the cat urine within 72 hours, to call. We did. I did call. The manager "was in a training" and would get back to me the next day. I did not get a call or a message. Please let me know what I should do next.
Normally, I never have any issues with the cleaning but this time, a stain came back as soon as the carpet was dry.
Tech was very knowledgable and talked me through the whole process. The new tech Jordan was nice did a good job following directions of his trainer

I LOVE that there are no harsh chemicals to have to breathe. Chemical Sensitivity is real! I LOVE the thorough job also. My carpets are 12 years old and look new! Thank you!
The technician that you sent was incredibly knowledgeable. He did a great job and had a great attitude. He made a 20-year-old carpet come back to life.
I called your office on Thursday, March 11th after getting home from work to complain/report that I found the hallway in my home was not cleaned after service was preformed on our home earlier in the day. My husband was the one that took off work for the cleaning. The technician told him the hallway wasn't to be cleaned and my husband just went along with it thinking that he had misunderstood me. The person said that he would see what he could do and would get back to me.
He told me that evidentially when I applied the $20 new customer credit that the Free Hallway with the $119, 3 room special fell off. This was not made clear or indicated in any way. He told me that there was only 1 special allowed. I wasn't aware that the $20 would kick out the ADVERTISED PRICE that I signed up for. If I did I would have much rather had my hall cleaned than to have the $20.00 credit applied.
I know don't know what I am more upset about now. The not cleaned hallway or the fact that the person I talked to never called me back. He gave me the impression he was going to run this situation by someone and call me back yet that afternoon. And, Friday went by and no call either. However, I did get a call from a sales person wanting to know if she could schedule my cleaning because I had been on the website looking at prices on Thursday afternoon. I never submitted a request to be called. At that time I told her the I was unhappy about a situation on Thursday's service. No comment from her.
Please give my husband or I a call back after 3:00 on Monday.

The edges cleaned a little better when there is filtration.
including closets in carpet room cleaning, the work was done well, just didn't get into closets. good eye for details, and arrival and start times weren't great. arrival time scheduled between 10-2, didn't arrive till 240. the tech was very accomodating as he did more work than what was scheduled

Everything was amazing! The products and service was impeccable! The rep that came to our house was friendly, accommodating and professional. My carpets have never been so clean and I can’t wait to get them cleaned again.
Techs were very professional and informative. First time use of Zerorez and was pleased with result.
We like the cleaning and protection process for the carpet. No smell and carpet just damp when done. No residue. Tech we have had now 3 times has been good to work with.
