Always a good job and most pleasant, professional cleaners. Just a little disappointed that the cost is higher than anticipated in the ad -- something isn't included or some service is extra.
I would (and have) encourage friends and neighbors to use but I would also advise them to double check cost in ads and be aware of add ons.
Our sofa was not clean to our satisfaction and I had to call three times to get someone to finally come out here again. The gentleman who came out the second time said that our fabric should not have been cleaned with whatever you use with your company. It’s still has the lines through the fabric and did not fix the problem.
The job entailed cleaning 3 pieces of upholstered furniture which sit partially on wood flooring. Drop cloths to cover the floor might have spared me a large cleanup from the front to the back door and around the furniture.

They charged me $ 229 for the living room, stairs, and three closet spaces. In the networks it appears that they charge for three rooms 129 and offer the Hall for free. And it was a quick and easy cleanup.
Always looks great when done. Explains everything they are going to do & why. I feel they do a thorough job. Friendly too.
Our living room needed the most cleaning however after the carpet dried from treament, it looks worse now than it did before as there are permanent vacumn lines. It looks like they pushed the dirt around vs removing it. Before it just looked slightly darker in the high traffic areas now we have squared off sections that are dirty slightly cleaner lines. It highly noticable now where it was not before.
I'd like to be contacted and to have someone come out and fix it.

Your app didn’t work and charged me 5 times instead of calling me personally when things were being worked on you only sent an email. ‘My 380 carpet cleaning cost me 1900 for almost a week and half. No I’m sorry here’s how we make it right or anything. Free cleaning or discount, with a lean towards free cleaning. I mean really who has 1900 extra for a week and half......
The carpet cleaning person’Dacoda - was very courteous and efficient- the carpet in entrance was especially heavily soiled as were some spots in LR - so far looks good although a few spots are coming thru- but giving it some time and hope ok- I will call before the 30 days if I need someone to check carpet - it’s apt and older carpeting
