Gerald arrived on time and was very patient with my dog who wanted to be loved. He did an amazing job cleaning the carpet. Hands down the best my carpets have ever been this fresh looking. There is no residue feel and the smell is fresh as well. Tidbit of news. I had just come back from visiting my daughter who had her carpets cleaned while I was there. Zero Rez has them beat by a mile.
Someone needs to call me our marble tile was cracked by the fire place and the shower was no change . Carpet cleaning was good as usual. Make sure to call me. Phone number removed.

They adhere to their schedule. They call 15 to 30 minutes before arrival. They come ready to do the requested work rather than spent too much time trying to sell addon products. They are efficient and fo excellent work. We are pleased with the job that they do.

Our service technician, Gerald did a fantastic job. We have many stains due to a new puppy. The carpets look great. You would never know there was a puppy in the house!

I paid $350 for this cleaning.. a bit more expensive than quoted or expected.
I was so impressed with Gerald. We hadn't had our carpets cleaned for several years and the last year we got a new puppy with all the accidents that happen. Although I cleaned them each time, there were still slight stains. Plus he had severe traffic patterns to contend with. I never thought it was possible for the carpets to look as good as they did when he finished. He worked hard, spent extra time, respected the property, and did an amazing job. Thank you, thank you, thank you. They look better than when they were cleaned several years ago!
