The cleaning person was so very personable and tried to focus on worst stains. He did a great job of revving a very old carpet. It looks really good.

Zerorez is consistently late to appointments.

Our puppy has had bladder issues and we don’t always know about the little messes until it’s too late.. Zerorez comes in and has the house looking and smelling like new! What I really love is that there are no strong chemical scents.. just CLEAN!

Carpets do not appear any cleaner to me and wear areas and a soda stain were not remotely cleaner from the cleaning of my carpets.

The Zerorez technician did an excellent job cleaning our carpets, recliners, and sofa! His name was John.

Tevin was the best and carpets look great!

Technicians understanding and attention to their job

I was disappointed in the lack of difference/cleanliness! When I have had my tile/carpet cleaned by others, there is a visible difference. With zerores, I could not tell anything was even done - especially in the bathroom/on the tile!

For as long as the gentleman was here cleaning, I was expecting “big difference.”

I will likely not use your company again and go back to my other carpet/tile cleaners. In fact, I have “not recommend”/told others not to use your services.

Also, asking for a tip while still in the home/on your app is incredibly awkward! I have never had a service company ask for a tip!!!!

Having used Zerorez twice I’m hooked. I’ve met the owners and they are very polite and professional and they expect their employees to have that same attitude. Jason was the employee who cleaned my bedroom carpet and did a great job. The thing I love the most is there’s no lingering smell of chemicals or a stiff feel on the carpet when it dry’s, it’s soft.
And they’ll answer any questions you might have about the job that they do. They follow up with you the day before and then call the next day when their on their way. And you can’t beat the price.😊 Mrs.Candy Ahern

I highly recommend after an exceptional experience with Zeroez. The professional who came to my house was courteous and hardworking and provided me with exceptional service. The process itself is without question superior to other cleaners. The carpets were significantly brighter and we could walk on them with socks immediately. There was no drying time, and I did not notice any smell. Again, I highly recommend Zeroez.

Guy who came to our house was really great. Polite. But the day of the treatment I noticed it smelled worse than before, but just assumed it was because it was wet. A few weeks later and it still smells worse than it did before. Not happy with the service especially for the amount of money we spent. I spent a lot of money on the couch and carpets. I think the couch smells okay, and that the overwhelming smell of the carpets downstairs are the problem, but it could be the opposite. Please contact me at Phone number removed.

They were on time, very nice and went over everything before cleaning which was good because I added a couple things. The carpet looks great! I will definitely use them from now on.

The carpet and couch were CLEAN when they finished. It smelled nice in our house. The technicians are professional and arrive on time.

I feel like he was too fast.... 3 rooms and hallway and stairs in under 20... looks better but I feel like there could have been more care fir the money.

Well I have used your company for years & always state it has to be first thing in the morning. You sent someone out @ 9:15 & he did not finish the job until 11:30 even though we open @ 11am. He came up to me after we had customers in the restaurant & I had put the tables & chairs back in place, & wanted to know if I still wanted the protector sprayed on. I thought he would have done that before I put everything back. Now I'm sure I will see where he sprayed & where he did not.
Plus having customer's walk on carpet that was still drying will obviously get dirty very quick
