Not only did the carpet look amazing. Once it dried which was about 3-1/2 hrs as explained it would. It was soft and plush again.

When scheduling with Nathan after our walk through to quote the cleaning, I was told that on December 12th there was a start time of 8:00A because our office is only open until 12:00PM. The technician did not show up until 10:00A and was surprised that there was an early closing time because the arrival time in our profile said between 10A-12P. Arriving by 12:00P would have been a problem as we would of closed and the cleaning would not have been completed. While it wasn't his fault and it was frustrating, Kevin worked quickly and professionally, and he finished right at 12:00P and was walking out the door by 12:30P.

Carpet is hard as if soap still in it. My carpet was usually very soft to the touch. Stains were not taken out. My husband scrubbed on a few and they came out. The other times I have used this company my carpet was not hard and stains all came out. I have recommend this company many times. I am very disappointed.
Tevin did an excellent job cleaning the carpets, as well as all the little things to protect our house and walls. 2nd time I have used Zerorez,won’t call anyone else.
I was shocked at the final bill. I hadn’t talked with the technician enough about what I needed only in some areas of the home. The technician did all the areas for odor and stains, making the final bill over 600.
Also, the carpet now seems rather crunchy in areas, not soft and like new.
The 2 young men that did my cleaning worked hard and did an excellent job on carpet cleaning and upholstery.
Zeroez did a fantastic job with our home. The carpet treatment removed all pet stains and general dirt / debris from our high traffic areas. Our carpets look and feel brand new!

Brandon was incredibly professional and detailed. We had to put our sweet boy Hank down last week and unfortunately, in his old age, he had caused some unpleasant odors in the house.

I paid 159 for stairs and my family room I thought the it was 3 rooms for 159 before I got any services I had texted the company that morning no one replied but since it was a special I wanted to get the 3 rooms done so I called the office and the guy said I couldn’t do it because I agreed to get only two rooms done
