Good job
The technician Tevin was wonderful, took the time to ensure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. The carpets look great.
That it is safe for kids and pets as we have both:). I like that it doesn’t leave a residue after cleaning too. I was a little disappointed this time in lack of communication. My window was 12-4 and I had to call the office at 3:57 to see where our technician was because I hadn’t heard anything. The office did call me back , but I didn’t hear from the technician til 4:57.
Our tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. None of the small stains in the carpet were removed. There were a few pet urine stains before the cleaning and they still remain. There were a few other light stains of unknown origin that also still remain. We don’t feel that the carpet is any cleaner now than before the cleaning.
Although our technician did a great and helpful job, he missed a tiny strip of dog urine. When I called the next day to see if you would come out and get the strip, you said it would be $75. I've always used Zerorez because you did a great job and because you backed up your work for 30 days. This time I'm very disappointed. Also, an area rug that he cleaned may be ruined. It no longer lays down. The sides are wavey still after a week.

The technician was great and carpets look to be clean. However the final price of over $300 seems a tad bit high for the 2 bedrooms and stairs and hallway. I think $250 would have been more appropriate.

Tevin did an amazing job cleaning our carpet, area, rug, floors and furniture. He worked hard, presented himself in a very professional manner, and was very knowledgeable.

Had my carpet cleaned. after te=here was a spot when it wasn't there prior to cleaning. They came back, its better but not gone

The technician arrived when promised and immediately started prepping the rooms. We were pleased that it seemed the rooms and stairs were completely dry when we went to bed.
Be more accurate on arrival times. My appointment was scheduled for May 26, I requested a phone message on Friday telling me the approximate arrival time as I would be out of town until Sunday. I received no message. I waited until Monday from 10 t0 12 and no one came, I called
and was told that I had cancelled my appointment on Friday! I explained that I was out of town that day and DID NOT call and cancel. Finally ,after, consulting their records, it was arranged to sandwich me in on the last run.
The Tech arrived around three. He did an OK job, but, charged me $25 because my living room was very large. I have had work done before by your company and there was no charge.
I will give your company a second thought before I call again

Zerorez has always provided good service for us. Eric was very professional and did a great job on explaining the procedures to me. I like that there are no fumes and our carpets always come out very clean.
The ease and thorough work done by Zerorez technicians. Our tech, Tevin, was friendly and took care to not damage any woodwork or other belongings while he cleaned our carpets.
Making reservations is also very easy with either a phone call or by web interface.
