Fast, efficient and friendly.

The technician wasn’t very helpful in recommending treatments. Also I showed him all the rooms I wanted clean and then I wasn’t charged for them all so the dirtiest room never got cleaned. So now I have to request another person to come out.

He was also 30 min past the window of arrival which made me end up being late to a dinner and I had to just leave him at my house.

The carpet that was cleaned looks good. Just not my best experience with Zerorez.

I used another carpet cleaner before and it was soaking wet when they finished. Zerorez was surprisingly drier than expected. My technician was very polite and never stopped working. He arrived when he said he would. I have recommended to others! Carpets look great!

Eric, the person who cleaned and sanitized the rooms was very professional and courteous. The rooms cleaned smelled and looked as great as very old carpet could.

Employees are pleasant and efficient! Job is done well! No crunchy carpets or chemical smell! Carpets look and feel great!!

The service was good - John did a fine job, very respectful and efficient.
The product was not what I anticipated. The floors are clean, but there continues to be a lingering pet urine smell that was not alleviated at all with the normal level of cleaning that we received. There is a follow up scheduled for the pet urine issue.

It was shocking how they were able to restore the couch to new looking condition. We had considered throwing that couch out even though it was only 2 years old because of the damage the kids had done to it. It looks like new and the carpet is spotless. If you have a couch or carpet you are considering replacing, try these guys first and save yourself some money. To replace the couch it would have cost 3 times the amount Zerorez charged to clean it and put protectant on it.

Products are odor free, clean amazingly well and stay clean. Service is amazing too, from the online scheduling, pricing, and communication. My technician was very professional, friendly and explained it all so I understood.

Prompt, courteous, clean, and detailed. The carpets are old, and in bad shape, but look pretty good after being cleaned.

There was a large spot missed on the initial cleaning and it left a very soppy wet spot. I know mistakes happen. My issue was with the customer service I received when I notified Zero Rez of the issue. I sent an email Sunday that the spot was still wet and not drying (which it was done on Saturday and didn't dry until Wednesday). I received a call Monday morning and the person I spoke to said they could come out "ASAP on Friday" and they needed to talk to their general manager about the issue because they weren't sure what could have caused the issue. I didn't hear back and called later Tuesday to check the status. I was told I would receive a call later in the day and didn't. Wednesday someone called to reschedule and the first available was a week from Wednesday. I expressed my frustration with the delay and lack of communication and she said she didn't know that she was just told to call and reschedule. Then, a time for Friday morning was able to be scheduled. I felt like I had to follow up because I did not hear back (and never did hear back from the initial person I spoke with on Monday), and still had a large wet spot on my carpet for many days.

Did a good job getting pet spots out and made the walk paths look cleaning. I did not know I was to move so much furniture. Last time plastic was put under the legs of things .

My carpet looks good. I heard a few times like the person cleaning my carpet was hitting something. I mean some thumps here and there which was worrisome. The other thing was water spots or cleaning fluid spots left on my wood floor in my entry way. It didn't take long for me to clean those up but thought maybe he should have wiped them before leaving.
