No strong odor or residue
The specialist Brianna was extremely knowledgeable about the products and 4 step system, she was very friendly and concerned about my needs and helping me to reach my goals. I closed on my house on Monday 9am and they owned 2 dogs, which I am allergic to dogs. I had a migraine and could barely stand being inside the house. There was no urine smell just a dog smell. Brianna was there around noon and did an amazing job explaining the steps and the green products to me. The carpet is only about 3 years old and when she was finished the entire house smelled better even though the only carpet was in the 3 bedrooms. The carpet looked BRAND new. The agitation system brought it back to life even in the wear pattern places! I would highly recommend Zero Rez and if Brianna is available she was fantastic! I’m so thankful I used this service!
Your workman, John, did an excellent job. He was very polite, informative and helpful. My carpet came out looking just like I wanted it to. I would definitely use your services again. My step daughter has an appointment with you.
Matt is an awesome technician. He is friendly, committed to his work and service, as well as, prompt. It seems it was challenging to get some stains out of our carpet but he did attempt. He also graciously cleaned an area rug.
On time and did a perfect job..peoducts did not smell of chemicals..carpet looked great!
I like the product because it dries quickly. The lady technician was GREAT.
we had a few stains that did not get removed. But the overall process was smooth and great.
Effective and efficient carpet cleaning
Good job.
Technician was on time, very friendly and did a great job. Very satisfied with the job done
We had Irving out to clean our carpets and he was great! Took the time to make sure he was getting around all the furniture and our carpets looked amazing!
the couch i had cleaned had loose pillows on the seat and i asked if he had cleaned both the top and underside. guess that isn't the usual and he asked me if i wanted the other side cleaned and i said of course. it seems that should be a common cleaning. my bill was much more than i was quoted when i made the appointment. i would like a copy/receipt of each job performed since i didn't get one yet.
on the positive side, the carpets were cleaned, traffic area only and they look great.
Andy was amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. We are very happy with the job he did, particularly getting pet stains out of our carpets!
Great worker and great service!

Great job once again!!
Thanks Zerorez
Service technician was very kind and polite. Knowledgeable. Explained options and process. Love the fact the carpet is not soaking wet and can be walked on
The people. Honestly, I can’t speak to whether your product is better than any other company. I’m going to trust that it is. But what I can speak to are the quality of people you have working for your company. I always enjoy the kindness, meticulousness, and knowledge of the technicians in the field. And not just about carpet cleaning. I’ve had some great conversations with folks including the one I had the other day with my technician about the state of the world. We spent more time discussing that than we did talking about carpet. I will continue to just your service.
The first time was a disaster but the second time was great! The second tech knew what to do and fixed the problem. quickly.
Very happy with service
John was wonderful. He answered all my questions and cleaned my carpet the best ever. I appreciate service like that. Thank you again
Your technicians are always courteous and seem very knowledgable when it comes to cleaning spots, etc. I have used your company consistently for at least five years and wouldn't call anyone else to clean my carpet.
