I know that my carpet was dirty and when he first got done they looked good but as they dries I could see exactly where my rug had been prior to the cleaning.

Carpet always looks and smells clean, and it soft to the touch. Technicians are always polite and respectful of your belongings. I am always pleased with their work.

The two men were great! Carpet looks great! It’s the fact that the machine used to “perk up” the carpet quit working. As I was watching them try to fix it I noticed the cord had been taped together in a couple of places. I am not very happy that you are putting your employees and clients at risk of being electrocuted or catching a house on fire. I would think a new machine would cost a lot less than a law suit! The men had to call and have another machine brought....this added about an hour to their job and my evening. I just can’t believe you would send your employees out with malfunctioning and dangerous equipment!
Your staff is always professional, from the phone calls to the technicians. Our technician was the most thorough and took his time doing the best job.
Explain the process better. I didn't understand that you did use something in addition to the water (steam clean). I have allergies to scents. My reaction was mild and didn't last long. I should have asked for details and not assume zero was zero.
Overall the service person was very nice, treated our home with respect and was very efficient. I like the outcome of the cleaning.
Tech was very thorough and patient. Last cleaning I had from another well-known company lasted 20 minutes and was what I call a wet sweeping. Your services used at least 4 machines and took nearly 3 hours. Brought my 25 year old carpet that has been abused by two dogs back from the dead! Wasn't cheap but better than replacing it. Worth every penny!
Product, awesome but a Company and it’s products is only as good as the employees who provide the service and Carlose and Eric were a great example of the Company, management, and what it stands for, “ Doing things the Right Way” and Carlose along with Eric was the reason I called and will be the reason I would recommend your Company.

We have had very bad experiences with your competitors treating our furniture roughly and pressuring us to buy more services than we need. Very professional, protected corners, wore masks, explained process.
Technicians were friendly, professional, and efficient. Our home smelled GREAT. The carpets were not nearly as wet as they are with other services and were soft instead of crunchy.
Overall, I give it a decent, but maybe not over $300 worth. The end result on the reachable areas was pretty good, however the service guy we had stated they do not get under cabinets, etc. So the reachable areas look good, but then the areas they couldn’t get to stand out!! It seems like in today’s world there has to be a smaller device used to get in these areas.
Gerald and Cory did a nice job with the cleaning. Gerald was quite thorough and communicated well. He set the right expectations in regards to trouble stains that will likely not be removed. The carpet looks and feels much better so I will recommend your service. One area of improvement- They asked if their hoses can run in the grass in the front yard. I said yes and assumed nothing will harm the grass. However, the thin hose with chemical cleaner killed the grass and now there is a thin yellow line from sidewalk to house and a medium size yellow patch where the hose was coiled up near the road. It is better to keep this hose off of the lawn in the future.
I felt he went to fast cleaning the carpets . Didn’t feel they got a good clean. Literally did it in 20 minutes. 3 rooms.
Always have done a great job for us. Carpets aren’t soaked, dry quick spots gone.

The technician said 6 to 8 hours to dry. Our carpets were soaking wet late into the evening in which when we stepped onto the other flooring we nearly fell. The carpets were damp into the late morning the next day. I called and they said sounds like something was clogged. Offered to come out again but I had house pics scheduled that day. However, the service lady did discount our bill.
I like that Zerorez doesn’t use detergents or chemicals to clean & is still able to get the tough stains out. Their technicians are always friendly, informative, conscientious & truly work hard to please the customer.
The tech Gerald was phenomenal. Best experience ever with him. Great asset for your company. Also like how the carpet seems fresher from your method. Very easy to schedule and all goes smoothly.
